| Directions | Gently remove excess dirt and debris from the wound area. If wound is cleansed with water, blot dry or let air dry for one minute. Apply liberally to affected area once or twice daily, or as often as needed, until healing takes place. Move hair or fur out of the way to apply product directly to the wound and beyond the wound edges. Do not rinse or wipe off. |

Worth the price... the best for rapid wound healing!
I would give this 10 stars if I could. Every time I get burned (usually on the oven) it takes forever to heal and leaves a scar. The last burn I got was 2 inches long across my hand and I was worried about it leaving a very large scar. I originally bought this to help with a rash my husband couldn't get rid of (for which it worked great) and so I decided to try it on the burn since I know prescription burn creams often use silver. I am AMAZED at how quickly and thoroughly the burn has healed without any scarring. It has little to no scent and a little dab goes a long way. I reapplied it every time I washed my hands, so several times throughout the day. I especially like that it uses natural ingredients of silver and honey. I don't think I would have spent the money on this except we were desperate to find something, anything, to clear up my husband's bleeding foot rash after trying prescription steroids and creams and every over-the-counter remedy we could find. (It worked on his rash.) However, after using this on my burn, I will always keep this in my medicine cabinet, despite the price. Not only is it worth it, but a little goes a long way and it will probably last for years. I haven't tried it yet on little wounds like papercuts, hang-nails, or minor scrapes and cuts, but after seeing what it did for my burn, I have no doubt it will work wonders on all minor wounds.

It’s my number one recommendation to everybody for wound care.
I heard about this product on a podcast years ago and I’ve been using it ever since. It says it’s for animal use only but honestly, we use it on our animals as well as our humans. I can tell you without a doubt it speeds up healing. It’s helped reduce scarring. We had a horse last week go through a barbed wire fence with a pretty good gash. We used what the vet had given us and it just wasn’t working very well and switched to this and this worked to repair and heal so much quicker. I’ll say for my kids as well they’re hesitant that something’s gonna hurt or burn when I put it on them when I tell them this is honey. They have no problem with me rubbing it on them. A couple of tips with animals. We put this on and then gave it a quick spray with some fly spray to make sure that we weren’t drawing more flies to the wound. This tube blast are really long time so it’s a great value with no smell or anything, but obviously some stickiness since it’s honey.

This is an excellent product to have in your med kit or medicine cabinet
I had used this product before after I got stiches on one of my fingers the doctor recommend I get some of this as he said it would speed up the recovery and lessen the scar of my cut. About a week ago I cut my finger again and it was bleeding similar to the wound I had previously that required stitches. I wrapped my finger and used gauze for the first two days and then applied this ointment and started to let the wound air out some while using some butterfly type of bandages so that I can allow air to effected area. I am very impressed how this stuff sped up the healing. It has been about a week, and I can feel a little tenderness and see a line where the cut was but no open wound. I am not even using a bandage. Use good judgement when you have a wound, but I recommend this product 10 out of 10. I

Very good at helping to help burns and othe issues
Very valuable to have on hand. I was in a traffic accident and the air bag deployed and my left hand (top) and forearm severely scraped when it deployed. Like severe turf burns on a football field. After I went to the emergency room, I was treated but when I wen to see my P.A. she recommended this. I used it and now with only a very slight discoloration of the left wrist. Healed. Healed. Recently, my mother started to use it on what looked like chemical burns on her lower leg. Used other OTC products and by using this, it has shown remarkable improvement. The two image are from 2024 about early March. Accident happened in January 2024. Can barely see today. Now,did clean it with soap and betadine . No infections.

Excellent for cold sores - will use forever!
I saw a recent TikTok where a doctor recommended the use of equal parts Silver Honey and hydrocortisone cream for cold sores. As someone who experiences cold sores during stressful times, I purchased this to keep on deck. Well well well - two timely cold sores arrived on Tuesday, both having broke the surface before I was able to address them. I spent the first day treating them as I usually would - keeping them dry while occasionally icing them to avoid further inflammation. On Wednesday morning I remembered the Silvery Honey and hydrocortisone cream recommendation, applied it often, and both cold sores were GONE by Friday night. I cannot recommend this enough for cold sores! I was prepared to be embarrassed by my cold sores for a full two weeks and this cream OVER DELIVERED. After coming back to this page to write this review I now see this is recommended for animals - whoops! This will stay in my medicine cabinet as my secret weapon and will come with me whenever I travel.

Impressive results but no pain relief
Bought this based on reviews and rating and was not disappointed. Up sides: No smell and quick healing. In one 12-hour period I saw noticeable improvement. Recommended to use a nonstick pad as the dressing with either a gauze or adhesive wrap to secure. Down sides: No pain relief. Applying was also a challenge because the formula is thick and the applicator is wide. Great for covering large areas but it doesn't spread or "smoosh" well so it means applying pressure to an already sensitive spot to evenly coat affected areas.

Heals and protects wounds. I applied it on a scrape, and it started scabbing over the next day, pretty impressive. Smells kind of good too, like almonds. Works for humans. It's thick and a little bit greasy but that's okay because it protects the wound. Pricey but worth every penny.

Excellent and works against bacteria, fungus and viruses.
Excellent ingredient combination! On the expensive side but little goes a long way. I have used it currently on a grease burn that blistered up. This truly did help. They do use colloidal silver in hospitals for burns. I also recommend this cream because it is thick and stays put. I am also currently using it on a stray cat that has some infected wounds from fighting. He is healing up. I also used it inside my daughter‘s nose where she had a fungus, within three days, already healing. Silver is good for viruses and bacteria and fungus, You can’t beat it.
