The media could not be loaded. I just wanted to let you know that I am amazed by my bike. It’s beautiful. I’ve never seen anything like it. However, there is a few hazards that I noticed, but don’t let these few things that can be replaced by the company hinder you from buying this bike. It is absolutely wonderful. Takes a few hours to assemble, but it’s well worth it if these few parts are replaced. # 1 is the brakes aren’t working properly. We installed them properly and when you put on the brakes, they don’t stop the bike immediately. We tightened the screw, which did nothing but rub on the plate; They slowly stop the bike, which could be hazardous if something suddenly came in front of me. # 2. One of the back wheels is warped badly it’s hard to see in the video but believe me it’s warped and needs to be replaced. We have not taken the bike out for testing yet as I am afraid the bike may go off the road we tested everything on the bike on its side and in my living room. Please address these issues ASAP as I would love to go for a ride. This summer is waning here in Minnesota. Please replace one of the back wheels. I will send the other one back if you send a self addressed box so you can see the warped rim for yourself, better yet I will also send you 2 videos; I may have to send the videos separately as it only takes a little at a time. I want to give this bike the highest rating because it is very well built, beautiful and bigger than I thought which I really like because it looks very safe. I am going to give a wonderful review as soon as these problems are addressed, thank you so much for making a great product; in the future I think inspection is warranted before sending out some of the products. Also, I did appreciate the videos on how to put the bike together. The pictures were helpful also. I will have to send a second video as it only takes one video per review. GREAT PRODUCT! Note to anyone buying this item… the battery is shipped separately… usually the trike comes within a day or two from order.. the battery will show up on the latest date shown in tracking… not sure why the bigger part comes quicker..

Please note that when they say some assembly required they mean you have to put everything together. None of the bolts had locktite on them or thread locker. So you definitely need to buy some before you go to put this bike together. The over all quality is good. The fenders are metal not plastic. The tools it came with will work but I would recommend getting some ratcheting wrenches, Allen keys with rounded heads, and zip ties for the basket.
