Love the real pneumatic tires and aluminum construction. IMHO requires a SS ratchet (which I bought separately for ~$12) to really secure it to my board, but it means I can bike to a distant beach with no problems. Despite the absence of bearings or lubrication, I detected no wear or melting of the plastic wheel hub after two three-mile bike trips in 90F weather. Aluminum is an excellent heat conductor, so it's possible that's why.

I have a old heavy canoe that I love, but it is so hard to move around, getting it to the water. This is just what I have been looking for, only down side is that the canoe is almost to big and does not hold the canoe as well as I would like, but it works.

These came with no directions or suggestions how to best use these. After a few tries I think we have sorted these out. We especially like the pneumatic tires. Now we have them figured them out they are waaayyy easier than carrying the kayaks the 2 blocks with w steep hill to get to the lake from our house.

We had a long walk to the beach, this set of wheels made it manageable. They work well on sand. The strap is not quite all that but is easily replaced with something better. All in all though, it is worth the money!

Not sure the pins holding tire will effect tire core wear. First order had tire that wouldn’t inflate. Amazon promptly replaced order. Fits 17 foot canoe fine and helps with moving it around.

This is seriously one of the most disappointing, impractical things I've ever bought on Amazon. I rarely write reviews, but hopefully this one will encourage you to look at other products before purchasing this one. We have two kids canoes, one adult canoe and a paddleboard. We really needed a wheeled tote system to get it down the hills a hundred yards or so to the lake. The trolley is very well-built, but the lack of clips for the strap renders the strap practically useless. First, the product comes with no instructions for proper strap placement (not even a video here on Amazon) or the best way to balance the kayak on the trolley before strapping. The strap slides off the back, creating a garage-sale of a mess when everything slides off. Most kayaks have uneven bottoms, so trying to find the sweet spot for simultaneously balancing and strapping is an exercise in frustration. I finally ditched the strap and got two big bungee cords, weaving the cords through the trolley chasis to somehow get it on tight. Once I did, the trolley rolls great and makes it much easier when bringing the kayaks up the long hill. That is, until, the kayak slid out of the bungee cords and off the trolley...again...WHAM! You get it. ABN could make very simple design changes to make a great product here...the wheels and chasis are solid...didn't they test this before going to market? Until they make a better product, look around for more options.
