- The Poseidon Angler Kayak Paddle is ideal for angler paddlers taller than 5'5". Measuring 98.5 (250cm) long, this paddle is the perfect match for wider fishing kayaks
- The Poseidon Angler paddle is made of a two-piece anti-slip grip aluminum shaft and fiberglass reinforced polypropylene blades. This ensures better durability and performance on the water and offers an excellent value for money.
- This fishing paddle includes an integrated hook retrieval system directly into the blade and a high visibility measurement tape along the shaft that will allow you to measure your catch.
- The Poseidon Angler paddle offers a unique ergonomic shaft design that helps with indexing. The right side of the shaft changes from a rounded shape to a slightly oval shape that tells you where to place your hand. This promotes proper technique that reduces wrist fatigue.
- The push button system allows the blades to be feathered with a 0/65 angle. Paddling with offset blades will reduce the wind resistance on the top blade as it moves through the air. This ensures an optimized and more comfortable paddling experience.
- Inside the paddle, there are 2 additional flotation blocks allowing the paddle to float. This way, you will have no problem retrieving your paddle if it ends up in the water.

Great product, Was shipped in Manufacture Box, with contents inside still in manufacture plastic and tags. Buyer be careful , the product was listed as Prime 2 day service item. It took over a week to get this to my front door. Not sure if blame is from the warehouse, mis-sort at shipping center, or actual delay by Amazon to save cost. All i know is if your planning on a weekend trip and think you got time to get this delivered... think again. If in a hurry go to a local store , if you can wait 7-10 days then all I can say is this is a quality item. Pelican Brand is budget friendly and based on my personal use not only in the Kayak I purchased but the accessories they make I have no complaints.

I bought a pelican angler kayak which didnt come with paddles. I had cheap paddles already that came with 2 of my other kayaks, but after an hour on the water in a wider kayak with shorter paddles, i knew i needed to make an investment in paddles. I got these because they have the angler theme and also according to chart I read, my 34" wide kayak with my 6'3" height means this is the proper length I should be using in a paddle.. And the chart was correct.. I can paddle slowly with these using very minimal energy and cruise along at a decent speed. THe only issue I had was that I could not get the label off completely on 1 paddle, but after my 3rd trip to the lake it all came off finally. Love the paddles.

I have the Life-time 10' kayak. This is the perfect paddle for a "sit on top" kayak. It was packaged well and arrived undamaged. Has multiple holes in the pole where the two ends connect together so you can off set the paddles if you want. I tried several different settings, but eventually went back to a straight alinement. It worked best for me. The shaft is bent in a little on one shaft so you can easily adjust your grip without having to constantly look at the ends to see if you have it in your hands correctly... great feature usually only found on much spendier paddles. The shaft has some kind of coating that makes griping easier as well. The thing I most cared about is the length. The paddle that came with the kayak was way too short and I would get soaked as I paddled because I had to lift the paddle so far out of the water for each stroke. The Pelican Poseidon is a full foot longer and has drip rings on each end to prevent "drip back" as you paddle. No more soaking! Well worth the purchase price... would buy again!
