Solid ab roller, base is wide enough to be steady where you don’t have to constantly try balancing it during the motion. Came with a good knee pad to help preventing injury and is also useful for doing other exercises like a plank. However, would definitely recommend getting something bigger for those that have a wider stance as the pad isn’t big enough for other uses. Quality is solid but does pick up dust easily. Grips are not very meaty if you’re looking for something with good purchase. First timers be warned that grip strength does factor in with handle being on the narrower side. Overall, it’s easy to use, has a cool design and rolls smoothly. Worth the investment for anyone looking to work on their core strength/muscles.

Used once so far. Works well. You can definitely feel the burn. I like how it came with a knee pad. It's portable sturdy. Easy to assemble. Great value .

This ab roller is no joke! It’s much harder to roll than I expected — really challenges your core and balance. The build quality feels solid, and it doesn’t slip, but beginners might find it pretty tough at first. Great for serious ab training, but not the easiest for casual users.

Very sturdy and well made. I bought this for recovery from rotateer cuff surgery. It is a tremendous help with restoring range of motion in shoulders or elbows. Now that I am going to the therapist. I find they are highly recommended over the pulley and rope systems. They used to use. Some patients have been injured as a result of the fully and ropes braking.While in use. These are less likely to cause a injury while recovering from a major surgery.

When I was a child my father has an abdominal roller and I remember hearing him use it before he got ready to go to work. He used it every morning until he reached retirement age and his knees were bothering him. I wanted something that would help me train my abdominals and while I am using weights, I wanted something additional. The set up of this abdominal roller was super easy and I was surprised by how quiet it truly is. I am using a folded Yoga mat for knee support and am on a carpet to do my exercises. The roller is incredibly stable and strong (I am only 5’2” and weigh 135 lbs - female). There were no issues with the roller slipping and it remained completely stable during my entire workout. I will say this also worked my arms and back muscles as well so I felt like I was getting a partial upper body workout in addition to working my abdominal muscles. It’s not overly large and can easily store in a basket where I have other workout equipment. This far this is a total winner and I appreciate how functional this is. I am currently using it for ten minutes a day however as my strength increases I plan to increase the timeframe. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who desires to increase their abdominal muscles as well as tone.
