Great strong abdominal compression for dysautonomia. Easy to adjust but strong enough not to roll down. This is much better than the flimsy ones they send you home in you post-surgery. Seems to hold its shape and not stretch out after a day wearing either. Would recommend. I'm 5'5" and 145 and the fit was accurate.

This compression wrap is lighter duty wrap. It helps to keep loose skin and small rolls tucked and that's about it. Get something more heavy duty if you want to add lumbar support or larger rolls tucked away. Its has good elasticity and can be stretched to contour with the waistline making it easy to keep concealed under clothing. fattier area seem to bulge out and roll relative easy.

Really bummed about this one. It’s kind of a weird set up to begin with, It’s cool that you CAN change the sizing if you’d like, but the way to do that is by removing a really big piece of Velcro that then creates a section of pulled fabric and loose strings since it attaches right to the belt.. which makes it quickly apparent that this is not going to be a long-time-use type of product. then I noticed that by going to my desired size, the Velcro would pull back and rub against my skin a bit on the edges and I would have to keep adjusting it to stop it from irritating my skin. I wore it for about 5 hours straight and it quickly bunched up weird and wasn’t feeling right anymore. I looked like the little aliens in the mini breakroom drinking coffee in Men In Black. I don’t think I’ll be going back to this one.

I have been using it for post delivery, and it has been quite nice. It hasn't been long enough to see the results, but I appreciate the additional support that it provides and a reminder to keep my posture good. The belly band is also easily adjustable, so once my body starts returning to pre-pregnancy weight, I can set it to be tighter. I am not sure if this would be the best for someone with a C-section or another surgery, but for an uncomplicated vaginal birth, it is great.

I recently had laparoscopic appendectomy and wanted to use a surgical band to return to regular activities without worrying about injuring the incisions. While the size of this band seems a bit large, it does have a removable Velcro closure for adjustment. This closure also protects the band from Velcro damage, but it does add bulk. Unfortunately, the band doesn't provide the "tucked-in" feeling I was hoping for, and the incisions still hurt. I think this band might be a better option for postpartum recovery to help squeeze the hip bones back into place. It could also be suitable for larger individuals who may have difficulty recovering from surgery due to carrying extra weight. The band is quite stretchy.

I am 5ft, 140 lbs. I purchased the medium and it was a good fit for me. I also have a small torso if that helps anyone. There is a separate extension strip of velcro. I didn’t need it, but it’s there. This has been helpful in providing a little extra support during my recovery and functions as it should. It’s good quality and easy to wash. Because it’s Velcro I washed it in a pillowcase to keep it from snagging and latching on other clothing. I dried it on a low, delicate setting in the same pillow case. It may be better to line dry it if you have the time. I hope this helps.
