So much more comfortable than what I was given at the hospital after my surgery!!! I had two ventral hernias repaired, one was incarcerated and required more intensive repair. I wore the binder given at the hospital after surgery and then after two weeks switched to this. It still gives plenty support I need , but much more comfortable. ** As a precaution , I would check with your Surgeon / medical personnel to make sure the strength of this binder is adequate for your situation. I would definitely size WAY up even 2 to 3 sizes. Even if you order a bit too big the binder adjusts. These come in a plastic case. That's the nicest part. They are huge. Way to hard to put on. Once you do get it on right, you feel the Velcro scratch you. I'm sure I needed a smaller size. I don't even know what size I ordered because it doesn't say.

Fits well only problems I have I should have sized down due to the stretching and the Velcro. The soft side stretched long ways so it's not wide enough for the rough side. So the rough side rubs on my skin. Compression is good. Not bully dreams well made .
