I usually wait a few weeks or so to write reviews but, This thing made such a difference in my comfort level so quickly I have r=to rave now. I underwent double inguinal surgey about a week and a half ago. I was recommended to get a "hernia Band" from the surgeon's assistant last week when I was getting ready to return to work, which I did today. I wore it all day and am amazed at how much better I felt, overall, even while working. It tightens up really nice to hold everything in place and because it is so wide it really doesn't put any strain on any one place or area. It is comfortable, stays in place and protected my incision areas and allowed me to wear a belt without having to worry about irritation on my healing incisions. it also has bracing in the back to keep me from bending over too sharply. I was a bit skeptical but not now. HIGHLY recommend this for anyone looking to relieve the pressure from hernia surgery. Hell, I wish I had it before while I was waiting for the surgery to happen.

I think it's a very good secure binder the only issue was the Velcro came off only after a few uses. I've bought two more I think that's something the company could fix is to sew the Velcro down hard but it's like very good hold your organs and abdomen in good I don't know why people return it because like if you in real life wear XL it will fit just fine I love the 2 closure system so the belt Velcro is good it's just that the outer straps on one side the Velcro came partially off but it can be wlsewed back on of you know how to do that of they fix that issue it be 100 percent perfect . I would still recommend to buy because I like it my abdomen organs are weak and it's about the best one I've bought for the price .

This abdominal binder was a life saver after my gallbladder surgery. I had a real issue with my muscles healing after surgery and was in so much pain! This Abdominal Binder held in those muscles and gave them a chance to heal. it is comfortable and made of quality material! I bought another one first and it was too long for my body one Fit just right! More than a great value for how it helped me!

I so very much wanted to love and roll with this binder, and indeed when I had it on it was great support for my POTS; I loved both its construction and material with the vented side panels and double pull tabs. But there were two undefeatable major issues. 1) The breathability of the vented material was negated (and then some) by the added heat entrapment of the triple layers in front; and 2) that Velcro takes Herculean strength to detach. Seriously. And it's x3 with the two side straps plus the main enclosure. It took all my strength to peel even one apart, so having to do that three times, every single time I wear it, was impractical, inconvenient and unpleasant. Honestly, if the Velcro was manageable, I'd probably have tried to give this a go, but it wasn't doable, so I regrettably had to return this.

Bought it after physician recommendation to get a abdominal support due to umbilical hernia. A little hard to decide which size to get, but uncompressed waist measurement across the navel worked out well. Fit is good, very comfortable, and nice back support due to the back and side stiffening panels. Surprised it isn't doesn't feel warmer than regular clothing. No experience yet with how well it wears, but seems to be holding up OK after just a few weeks. A picky point - no instructions included as to laundry cleanup, but there was an AI reference on the Amazon page that supplied that.

My husband had liver cancer surgery and has a big hernia. This is a life saver. Fits great, adjustable, wide enough and cleanable. Helps hold his stomach in just as he needs. He has tried others and not wide or comfortable. Would recommend.
