Surprised how sturdy it stayed in place after using at the beach with windy conditions. I didn’t use the weight bags but instead slightly buried the legs into sand and it never moved. Agree with another review that if people are 6’ tall it poses a head-bang from above but totally worth ducking to get underneath. But note- after you Velcro the corners DO NOT Velcro the small bar straps until it’s fully extended. The tarp is of nice sturdy materiel and the carry case has wheels which makes super easy to tote along.

I would like to start off by saying that im not the one to usually write reviews but fiddling with this ridiculous product for over an hour really grinded my gears to the point I had to share my experience and hopefully save the next person some time, money and a headache. I have to say the package arrived very well packed and the carrying bag and all the accessories were of good quality and nothing was missing. But like some of my other fellow buyers that had similar bad experiences with this product, I too experienced a product that was not 8.9ft high as they stated in the product description. This canopy was so low, even the shortest person I know, my mother who barely breaks 5ft had to duck under to get inside. But it doesnt stop there…the legs dont even extend all the way up nor does it have any locking mechanism to keep the legs from sliding back down. So I went on the hunt back to the product listing to look through some of the pictures that buyers had uploaded of the same product to see if maybe I was just unlucky and had received some sort of defect. And what I found was a lot of amazing photos of the product that I had originally expected and envisioned in my head when purchasing. Normal sized with legs fully extended so it looks like it was built for humans and not elves…but upon inspecting the photos more closely, I see that the product I received as well as the customers that also had bad experiences, is a completely different product entirely! You can see that the customers that have the great looking canopies all have a locking mechanism on the legs of the frame with a red colored “latch”. Not sure if they accidentally sent a different model, changed the model entirely, or if they’re doing the old bait and switch and are using their previous product listing and good product ratings to keep the flow of sales, but the quality of this product is unacceptable and is seriously unusable! Please save yourself the time and trouble and look elsewhere for your canopy needs. And don't even get me started on the instructions manual that came with the product...I swear it was so poorly written that I actually lost a few brain cells trying to decipher it! This company seriously needs to address this product quality issue. Super disappointed!

Having watches others set their canopies up, I've realized how glad I am that I got this one. The top center just snaps in place. This whole thing only takes a couple mins to set up at the beach.

It took a couple of tries to be able to set it up by myself. It really helps to pin one leg down while you try to open it up. I got it to provide some shade to work on my jeep and it works quite well as a rain cover too, even though I had to stack 18" of block under the legs to get the jeep in and out. It'll be a permanent part of my camping gear.

I am giving 3 stars currently for color alone (have not tested sturdiness, ease of assembly or durability yet). I will update review after I have used the canopy. The white is not really white, but a silver color, almost reflective. I was wanting a true white, but as long as it is light enough to reflect, will live with it. More to come......

This is high quality material. I left it on the roof of my vehicle by accident and it fell off onto the highway. Luckily nobody was nearby. There was not a dent or scratch on this thing. It's easy to setup and take down by myself. Plus, I can adjust the legs to angle it against the sun. I only wish I had bought it sooner.

Lightest construction imaginable. Sent back. This product is made in China and distributed NOT by ABC Canopy but a Chinese firm. Product doesn't appear on their website. ABC not anywhere on the product or packaging.
