Easy set up of canopy, I did watch a few videos on u tube. I did have to contact the canopy company and they were very quick to respond and rectify the issue immediately. Excellent customer service. My canopy looks great and very enjoyable!

The color design is nice and the fabric is good quality. It was easy to set up. The joints (where legs meet perimeter rails) are made of plastic and 2 of those were broken on ours, and there wasn't any damage to the box. Also, the storage bag it came in was dirty with a black soot-like dirt. Also, the tent flaps at the eaves don't stay over the frame, due to lack of velcro tabs along the eaves. It's ashame that we had to return it, being that we waited awhile and love the look, minus the problem areas. The size was perfect for our deck, to provide shade in an otherwise sunny spot. It was a good price amount for the design, if you're on a budget and don't mind the little thinks about this that make it a few stars less than others.

I purchased this canopy a few days ago and was initially impressed with the overall build quality. It feels like a solid entry-level commercial-grade tent—noticeably sturdier and more substantial than the cheaper versions I’ve tried in the past. Unfortunately, the setup revealed some frustrating quality control issues. The top canopy includes proper tie-down straps, but the mosquito netting has no straps at all, and the bottom canopy lacks any tie-down points. Even worse, the small rope needed to thread through the inside of the bottom canopy to secure the mosquito netting was completely missing from the package. As a result, the netting blows inward, allowing insects to easily get inside the tent. This makes the product non-functional for its intended purpose right now. I reached out to customer support, but the experience was disappointing. They appear to be based in Asia, so they’re never available during normal U.S. East Coast hours. Their responses (via what seems like Chinese-to-English AI translation) have been slow and unhelpful. They offered a small partial refund, but that doesn’t solve the missing parts problem. Summary: The canopy itself has great potential and solid materials, but the packing/quality control gets an F. Customer service availability, communication, and response time also earn an F. I’m still undecided about returning it, but I’m getting tired of having to “MacGyver” products from overseas due to consistently poor quality control and missing components. A little better attention to detail would make this a much stronger product. Lastly I purchased the privacy screen and it was nothing like the picture. It was a yellow shower curtain. Not even close to the original material or color of the product or picture.

Made very poorly. The quality of the cover is very flimsy and is the same material as the cheap pop up canopies. The metal support frame is also very weak. It has already failed in one joint from a small amount of water that pooled from the cheap material bowing.
