I am extremely impressed with this canopy. I do not write reviews but after sustaining 30 mph winds and 45 mph gusts all night I figured this thing was done. It held it's own and well worth the money. I would definitely purchase this again if it ever breaks.

So far so good. Received a 10x10 canopy. Great color and easy set up. The canopy came with a small hole and they sent a replacement ASAP. We’ll see how long it lasts but so far their customer service was great.

Amazing Tent & Outstanding Customer Service! I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like I had to this time. The tent itself is exactly what I was hoping for—sturdy, easy to set up, and very spacious. It handled wind and rain like a champ on our last camping trip, and the materials feel durable and high quality. What really impressed me though was the customer service. I had a small question about one of the parts, and their team responded quickly, kindly, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They made the whole process stress-free and gave me complete confidence in my purchase. It’s rare these days to find a company that stands so strongly behind their product and treats customers this well. Highly recommend this tent AND the seller!

This is the second variation of this Canopy that we have purchased. The first one was purchased from another business and it was a cheaper version however it did the job. Unfortunately, it got destroyed in a wind storm so we purchased this one which my wife demanded had to be in purple since that’s her favorite color. One of the things I really like about this canopy is that it is much easier to put up once you figure out how to do so. Plus, it is much dirtier than the version we had before. The legs are a thicker gauge of metal, and on top of that there are fewer sections which contribute to the ease of extending it. Also, there’s a nice little handle that helps in extending the center of the canopy without having to stretch too high. Plus it also comes with its own carrying case just like the one we had purchased before, however, the one thing that I definitely don’t like about this new caring bag is that it has a couple wheels that you can put on the bottom however they are much much too small and in order to use them you’d have to pull the case at almost in horizontal level to prevent from damaging the bag. This to me is a very poor design element for a otherwise very good canopy and accessories. Overall, we are very happy with this canopy and we’ve used it a number of times so far and if it weren’t for the poor design of the caring bag, we would’ve easily given this product five stars.

The canopy I received from ABCCANOPY was missing 2 of the silver beads which lock the frame in place when set up. The mistake I made was not checking the canopy before storing in the garage. When I tried to use the canopy for an event and was not able to fully assemble, the timeframe to return to Amazon had passed. Below is the communication I have had with ABCCANOPY regarding the issue with their product. As of the date of this posting I have not resolved the issue and have a canopy that I cannot use. Order at your own risk. Jason: The canopy will not lock in place when opened all the way. I need to replace it. ABCCANOPY: Hello Jason, could you please send us some pictures of the issue parts? We will check about and reply ASAP. Thanks! Jason: Two of the push buttons are recessed in the square tubing and not accessible. The canopy is no longer usable. We have never used this canopy and the first time we attempt to set up it doesn't work. ABCCANOPY: Hello Jason, could you please send us a video to show us the issue that cannot work? Please send us by email. Our email address is shown in attachment. Please note your order number when email to us. We will check about and reply ASAP. Thank you! Jason: What is the status of this issue? Will you replace the canopy with a functioning one? Please advise. ABCCANOPY: Hello Jason, We checked our email box, we did received the pictures you sent to us, but no video. From the pictures you sent to us, we only found the issue leg. If just the push buttons are recessed, could you please check attached structure diagram and confirm is two-part J legs needs to be replaced? Do you agree we send you part J and you do replacement after received them? Thanks! Jason: I sent an email to [e-mail address removed] as requested and in my response, it was noted that video file was 57.5 MB. This is too large to send in email and in this Amazon chat. There are 2 legs which the push buttons are missing. I do not want to have to disassemble the canopy frame and install new legs. Please send a new frame and I will return the frame which does not work properly. I would be very appreciative if this could be resolved in a timely manner. ABCCANOPY: We have frame, could you accept $100 to get one. Jason: Why would I pay more money to fix a canopy I have never used? I will leave a review on Amazon explaining my experience with ABCCANOPY and will purchase a canopy from another supplier. ABCCANOPY: You need tow Part J legs, right? As replacement part will be send from overseas, it takes around 3-4 weeks to be delivered, are you willing to wait? If yes, as shipping fee is expensive, could you agree to pay some fee around $60? Thank you! Jason: I do not want to have to dissemble the legs and install new legs. This takes time and I may damage the frame in the process. My preference is to have a new complete frame. I can wait 3-4 weeks for shipping, and I'm more than happy to return the original frame so you can inspect and improve quality control as needed. If I have to pay for anything then do not proceed as I would rather use the money to purchase another canopy. ABCCANOPY: Hello Jason, if you prefer a new 10*10 black frame, we can send to you, do you agree to pay $165? Thank you! Jason: No I do not agree to pay you for a new frame. Stop asking me for more money. I can buy another new canopy form a reputable supplier who will offer better customer service for $165. Let me know how you are going to proceed with resolving this, or if you will do anything at all. ABCCANOPY: Hello Jason, could you please email us a video to show that the frame cannot be open? Thanks! Jason: The video file I have is 57.5 MB. As previously mentioned, this is too large to send in email and also in this Amazon chat which has a 10 MB limit.
