The frame feels solid and stable, even in windy conditions, and the fabric is thick enough to provide both shade and UV protection. Recent rains provided good cover and no leaks. Needed a space that provided shade from the sun during the day, protection against wind and light rain, as well as a place to have our firepit that holds in the heat. Found all of this in the outdoor gazebo for patio. The price was a perk too! Works great as a stopping point between the pool and the house for the kiddos: snacks - check, staying hydrated - check, ensuring they are dry before coming in the house - check! Then after a day in the pool, we can gather around the fire pit for smores. Pretty easy to set up - took about an hour (a drill comes in handy for fast assembly) and 3 people (husband, teenage son, and me- I just handed out parts and held a few pieces together until the screws were in place). Instructions weren't super helpful, but between the written words and the image of the end product, it wasn't too hard to figure out. You will need to use the stakes - it's pretty sturdy on it's own, but a good thunderstorm will lift it (and flip it) without the stakes (learned this from our neighbor's experience as theirs ended up in our yard while ours was still standing in place). The material seems durable. It's only been up for 3 months but no tears, signs of wear, or fading have occurred yet. I did get one of the lightest color options, so other colors may differ in the fading timeline. ... show more

Both the 10x10 on 1-6-24 & set it up on the 15th. Went together fairly easily. Suggest two person job. Overall quality of frame is very good. It will bolt down which is a big plus and also comes with stakes ground. I do have two concerns. The covering feels a little thin and the various strut pockets I am unsure of how long they will last. There is a lot of tension on them. I do have 1 big gripe. Amazon put the same unit on Prime Days sale the very next week without any notification. I could have saved an additional $20. I think that a lousy way to do business and I should at least have a credit. ... show more

I purchased off Amazon June of 2023. Received gazebo put it together and it was great! Seemed in line with other gazebos I purchased that I still have on my property that are 6 plus years old. The gazebo itself started rusting out after 6-7 months of use. It finally rusted out so bad that it started snapping off at weld points. The fabric is ok just faded at this point. So, the warranty on the frame is one year. I am well within my one year. I contacted the company via email. I have gone round and round with a customer service rep about a replacement. First, they wanted 150 to replace it, then a day later it was 140.00 We are now at 80 in shipping costs. Then I am back up to 100 because I didn't purchase direct from the company and they feel I should pay something to replace their faulty product. I have a bad feeling that the BBB will be contacted soon by myself. This is bad service, and the company should represent itself and replace my gazebo frame. I understand that they are not build for a long-lasting life. But less than 6 months is bs. ABC stand behind your products!! ... show more

I’ve lost so many awnings to wind events, so I bought this one because it was the least expensive of the ones like it. I figured if I needed to replace it because of weather, at least I didn’t pay a ton of money for it. We’ve had a few major wind events since putting up this thing, where I thought for sure I would be shopping for a new one. But this little awning is a trooper! It held up, even in the face of our most recent storm, with 50+ mph wind gusts. If you need a resilient awning, get this one! ... show more
