I bought 2 queen size blankets, one for me and one for guest room. Had a slight problem with the one I was using the first night. One side quit working. Went through Amazon contacted seller and they responded with direction to restar the one controller to be sure it was tightly connected..took care of the problem. Was contacted quickly ( a couple of hours) and assured if this instructions didn’t work they would make it right. Now days I’m impressed. Also 5 year warranty. Hope it lasts as long as my 30 year old St. Mary’s heating blanket did. So far so good. Will see how it hold up.

I've never had a heated blanket before. Our home is not very well insulated and is always chilly in the winter. This is one of my most favorite purchases in a long time! My side is on 2 and my husband's on 1. I set both sides a couple hours before bed and it is wonderful to crawl into. Have been using it for a month without issue.

My daughter loves this blanket, but it stopped working after 20 days of use, flashing F. We tried unplugging in and plugging it back in and that did not solve the problem. We requested a return/replace, so we'll see how the replacement holds up. Why is it flashing F? There aren't any product guides or troubleshooting instructions on their website. I'm glad there's a 5 year warranty, but it doesn't bode well that the product has failed after 20 days of use. I'm not in a habit of keeping manuals for an electric blanket, but you'd better believe that I'll use that warranty to the fullest extent.

This blanket produces minimal heat! I turned both controllers on high and it barely got lukewarm. I'm not sure if I got a defective unit or if these these glowing reviews are fake. The only good thing I can say is that the blanket is soft.

I have bought and regretted many a heated blanket, but this one is AMAZING! Totally worth the price. We purchased the King size as we are pretty tall and like to snuggle as a family under it while watching TV. Works great. And I love that there are two controls, one for each half of the blanket so everyone can be comfortable. I had a few questions for the PURE Relief team and they got back to me within 24 hours. If you have any issues, I highly recommend sending their team an email as they promptly respond and take customer service very seriously.
