Initially we had a rip in our tent , I reached out to Amazon they directed be to ABC canopy Directly. It took a few days for a reply, I Loved the tent color and overall quality and understood accidents happen. I took photos like requested emailed them in -waited with no resolution. I went ahead and purchased a second one because we needed it for our gathering hoping the 1st one would get sent back but that was a negative. They wanted to charge me 80$ for another top and states the hole could be stitched up. Well here I am end of summer with two tents that I paid for and one still unusable in the box with a hole in it. I love the tent but customer service could use some fine tuning. :)

I am happy with this pop up but just like the other one, unless I weight the legs down and use something to push the center rod up I cannot get it to lock in otherwise I’m happy with it.

We have only had it up twice on the beach but it went up easier then the smaller one we already had. Love that it has bags to fill with sand for additional weight on the legs. Stores nicely in the bag. Will probably get a second one next camping season

I was having a bunch of my female friends over for a Ladies Only party and only had an umbrella that goes with the patio table. I needed another area for the ladies to escape the hot sun if necessary. Chose this one and love it. I read a lot of great reviews about ABC Canopies. Recently, I was monitoring a par 3 hole during a golf outing. It was a hot and sticky day. This really helped my friend and I take a break from the sun and kept our coolers in the shade as well. I really love it. The only thing that was missing was a wall or two to keep things more shaded so we didn't have to keep moving our chairs, table, coolers etc. I will be purchasing that soon

We ordered BLUE, received GRAY, and GRAY is OK. WE also bought the bottom anchors (plastic covered weights) -- well worth the extra investment. First days we had wind and storms and this stood up well. We got it for a tiny patio at the back of our garden. One person can set it up, but two made it easier. We''ve had it less than a week, so far, so good. Blocks the sun and rain. One of the little wheels on the carry care is broken, but we are not carrying it around. In our youth we had a high standard, but those days are gone. For our purpose of keeping it in the garden, we don't need the carry bag except for winter storage.

Design of the unit is well done. Once opened up, the top of the unit was quite sturdy. Legs a little wobbly but that was expected considering. Overall a nice little unit. The only struggle is the level of quality of the material top. It appears it will not last very long due to being extremely thin material and not well constructed or sown together. It works for what we got it for but figure we will need to replace it sooner than later due to the material top. To be honest, we looked at a lot of these kinds of products in this price range and the quality is about the same. Good for using a few times and for the price, we cannot complain.

Bought specifically for a camping trip. Opened on said camping trip to find the spot where the Velcro secures canopy to frame didn’t exist on one said. It rained! It did its job by keeping us dry HOWEVER I had to keep lifting on that side so the pooling rain would go away. I asked the company for a replacement or a partial refund because of the defect. They told me to contact Amazon and ask for a partial refund. That want an option. I contacted them again and told them. Then I asked again for a replacement of the canopy instead of a refund since I wanted to keep it. They asked me to pay $40!!!! I replied “Aint no way” “your item was faulty it should be sent for free and I’ll send back the bad one” they denied me. And again asked for money to send the new canopy. I’m keeping it and leaving a review so anyone knows If there’s a problem it’s going to be a hassle to solve it.
