We purchased this gazebo and set it up and noticed that there is a hole and looks like the pocket for one of the top braces was sewn in the wrong place. It looks like the stitches were removed and it was moved over. I contacted the company through email with no response. I contacted Amazon and was told to contact the company again. I contacted the company again with no response. Edit: I have been contacted by the company and working on getting the top replaced. The emails they sent went to spam. Although it hasn’t been shipped the company is working on it and over all we are pleased with the tent if the top is replaced.

Lasted 3 seasons, frame is still in great shape but I desperately need a new canopy. Anyone find one that works? Only 4 stars because the gray did turn purple after 1 summer. @abccanopy

I purchased off Amazon June of 2023. Received gazebo put it together and it was great! Seemed in line with other gazebos I purchased that I still have on my property that are 6 plus years old. The gazebo itself started rusting out after 6-7 months of use. It finally rusted out so bad that it started snapping off at weld points. The fabric is ok just faded at this point. So, the warranty on the frame is one year. I am well within my one year. I contacted the company via email. I have gone round and round with a customer service rep about a replacement. First, they wanted 150 to replace it, then a day later it was 140.00 We are now at 80 in shipping costs. Then I am back up to 100 because I didn't purchase direct from the company and they feel I should pay something to replace their faulty product. I have a bad feeling that the BBB will be contacted soon by myself. This is bad service, and the company should represent itself and replace my gazebo frame. I understand that they are not build for a long-lasting life. But less than 6 months is bs. ABC stand behind your products!!

This is a lovely gazebo. My brother and I put this up in about two hours. Easy assembly. Bought this to replace a gazebo that broke down. This seems very Saturday. We placed it at the end of the driveway which is a little elevated so the vents keep it from blowing away. Used plant pots with cement to hold the posts. Put flowers in the pots. It really adds a nice touch to the yard. The windows look so good.

All parts arrived in very good condition and nothing was missing! Bonus! The Rust-Red color is more orange than red. My husband and I assembled this canopy today in 2 hours. It is definitely a 2 person project. The directions were adequate even though Steps 1, 2 & 3 were followed by Steps 7, 8, & 9, this did not complicate assembly. The 10 x 12 fits our 11 x 14 deck space as desired. The edge of canopy extends about 6" beyond the frame. We haven't had any excessive heat, wind or rain yet to test the durability. Planning on trimming with some Edison lights. Update: 11/2023 We've enjoyed this canopy for 3 seasons. The canvas canopy is quite faded on the top (southern exposure) but the original color is the same underneath. The canopy was never list as waterproof but it was definitely water resistant. This quality has degraded over time with some dripping. We take the canopy off the frame and store it Oct. to Spring avoiding the snow. We did put Edison lights on the frame and enjoy them year round even without the canopy. Unfortunately, I would love to get a new canopy to put on the frame but I don't think Amazon carries replacements.🙁 7/2024 Determined to extend the life of this canopy, I purchased and applied 303 Marine Fabric Guard (Amazon) to restore the water resistance. I applied the Fabric Guard before putting the canopy back on the frame for this season. Our rainy June was the perfect test for the restored water resistance. The canopy fabric remains durable, no tears or seam failures in its 4th year.

In my windy location, I was concerned about a blowover but this unit is gust-proof once you anchor it with water weights. It did fade to a purple though and it faded quickly. I don't mind the color fade but it took some getting used to given I ordered it 'grey'. Good value. Good quality. Easy to assemble.
