Product came one day shipping. Packaging was secure; I assembled it alone in less than 15 mins with th Allen wrench it came with. All hardware was accounted for and used. I like the open base as it doesn’t “close off” our cozy living room and gives the appearance of openness. The cushion is sturdy yet comfy to put my feet up. It’s not too heavy so I can shift it from spot to spot without struggling. Height is perfect for our couch. I wasn’t looking for storage, just a coffee table/ottoman for putting feet up. I love the vibrant color. It looks just like the pictures. However it is quite small. It is too small for a regular living room coffee table. But would be perfect in a bedroom or study. It is aesthetically pleasing. Great quality.

I have had this ottoman for a month and I think it was sewn too tight around all of the buttons because it has slowly started to come undone. We have not had anything on top of it and don’t have animals. I reached out to customer service and asked for a replacement or a refund. They told me that they don’t have a replacement available and aren’t sure if or when they will. They said they would give me $50 back but that’s it. I spent $150 on this and I think a full refund is fair. I even offered to pay to ship it back as I don’t want it. They stopped responding to me after two emails. Horrible customer service. I will be contacting Amazon moving forward! ... show more
