I've had this for 3+ YRS living in MA. Each winter I have taken the canopy and sides off and stored inside. In the summer it gets direct sun most of the day. I leave the frame up all winter. The frame has held up well. Even being outside all winter. After the third summer, removing the canopy it did rip. There was no option on amazon or elsewhere for a replacement. I contacted the company here on amazon that sells it and they arranged to ship me a replacement canopy (2 pieces) for $100. It arrived last week, I installed it, fits great and now it's like I have a new gazebo again. Overall, I like the size of this 10x12 gazebo and the mosquito netting is a must where I live. I also like the large 4 corner posts. I have a weight on each one and it stays put throughout any weather we have had.

Needed help assembling but it took two of us about an hour. It looks great! Went through a major windy rainstorm right after set up. I did drill the nails into my deck so it stays put and that’s been working well for us! I did receive one piece of netting with a tiny hole and then another two pieces of netting broke at the zipper maybe 2 weeks after I bought it. I did reach out and customer support was great. I did request new netting pieces but they just sent a whole new gazebo which is great! Thanks customer support.

Quality is horrible ours fell apart barely made a year. The joints where it’s welded fail. The canopy material became dry rotted and holes in less than a year. On several occasions, try to get a hold of Customer Service to replace some of the pieces where the welding was coming apart, not even six months into it. They never reached out. They never would answer back. I would never trust buying anything from them again. It was not sturdy at all. Paid a lot of money for something that did not last the value for the money was horrible. It was not easy to assemble. It took four people and directions were confusing. To this day, we’ve never heard from him and we emailed them several times and called. Ours ended up falling apart. We had a 10 x 12 it ended up in the garbage.

Set up was quick and painless for the most part. The only problem I have is that it is actually larger than 10x10 because of the overhang on the canopy. Overall very happy with the product!

This is my second one. My other one was still good except for the netting started to get dry rot. Doesn't leak. I bought curtains and put on for when it does rain and protects furniture .Just waiting for it to get warmer before I put this one up. UPDATE I did put it up and it is full of tiny holes. Then it rained I shut the curtains and clip them up so it's shut up tight. I get up the next morning after the rain and everything was wet with water still dripping in. I was not happy with this product, so disappointed. Contacted the company showed them pictures of the holes and they sent me a whole new gazebo. Customer service was wonderful. After all that I do highly recommend.

Easy Assembly, Great customer service, beautiful result. I got this to have shade in my backyard & i was halfway done till i realized i was missing pieces, i contacted customer service and they sent me parts within a week. I love this, the instructions were easy to understand and i had no problem putting it up, took me and my husband an hour and a half total to put it together

My most favorite thing in the world. I’ve had other gazebos but this one is next level. It has a double zipper all around. It’s got one zipper curtain that’s mesh, AND a second completely solid curtain zipper! It’s great for summer heat to block the sun and help keep bugs out. It also has a hook to hang a plant or outdoor ceiling fan.
