Love this product! I keep it by my couch and use it while I watch TV. 3 days a week - I do 2 sets of 15 reps - High and low chest, Shoulders (putting upside down behind my back) Biceps and triceps on each arm. My setting is 11 1/2 which is pretty good for this 71 yr old. Only takes me about 15min each time. Very happy with product and price and I can definetly tell it's working!

On my first push in I thought it was great and then when you release it it’s zero effort. And anybody that has worked out knows that the accentric phase is just as important. I bought a $13 one which is way cheaper and it works better than this one which is like $35. Returning it today.
