A less expensive take on the Flybird. I started using it as soon as I got it, and it works as stated. I was able to push it in at the highest level. It sure wasn’t easy, but not at all impossible. I usually set it at around 10 for an actual workout and sometimes 5-8 just to knock out a few. It's got great resistance, no doubt. Right now, I’m getting back into light, old-school workouts, mainly push-ups, sit-ups, and curls. I bought this to add to what I’m already doing. It really hits the inner chest, and you can also work the biceps and triceps just like they show in the ads and YouTube videos. One thing I like about it is that I’ll see it sitting there and do a few reps just because it’s within reach. Aside from basic weights, this is the one piece of workout equipment I actually enjoy using right now, but I’m still in the honeymoon period, so we’ll see how it holds up over time, but so far, so good. —Nathyn Brendan Masters Night Phoenix Press

I’ve had this about two months now. Use it most days. I’ve got the resistance a bit over half and it gives me a good workout especially pushing in. There’s not much resistance when it’s releasing. The arms could move out further apart to give just a bit more range. It’s good sturdy construction and most of the moving parts are bolted together, not riveted, so tightening if needed could easily be done. All in all a good chest and shoulder strengthening piece of equipment.

The slide adjustment needs some work. Without groves it doesn't want to stay. It works OK if you leave them all the way out. The resistance is easy to adjust and I do like that. The grips are a little hard but usable. Having said all of that, I do like it. I use it for alternative sets when I'm not using the dumbells about 4 times a week. It is effective and producing results. For the money I do recommend it.

I bought this item to supplement exercises using dumbbell weights. It is well made and operates smoothly. The adjustable arms improve the usefulness by changing the mechanical advantage. So far I am very satisfied with this exercise equipment and feel it is a good value.

Ive only had this for 29 days now, Ive used it on 10 different occasions. I do alot of reps every work out. Ill say about 400 reps every work out, I have the pressure dial set to numbers 11, and 12. So within the 1st month this has already been compressed about 4,000 times. Heres the issue: In my last work out yesterday, it started to squeak at a pretty loud volume. It was still working fine, but I know that squeaking will soon lead to some type of malfunction very soon. Outside of that, I really like it, obviously I really use it, and it has shown positive results, I just dont think its built to last for too long. Might be better suited for someone who doesn't do so many reps, with a lower number of pressure on the dial.
