Pros: It fits! I ordered a medium, normally wear a 6 Petite, and have narrow shoulders. Typically posture improving appliances have never worked. They always left big gaps in the back and on the shoulders. This did not. Appreciate how the shoulder straps pull thru to the front which keeps those gaps from occurring. I have a long torso so the medium did fit. Cons: The shoulder straps do not allow for much front arm movement. Perhaps they could have been a little narrower? Has a tendency to creep up from around the waist to belly button and shoulder straps a bit uncomfortable but not overly as they made good effort for gentle but strong material there. Velcro very good. Get larger size than you would, won't hurt but help. Helps a great deal for practicing the guitar for more than an hour where pain begins. I bought this brace because if had the extra straps to hold the brace away from your arm pits. But those braces do not come forward enough to help a 2X woman.
