  • Been using for 12 years
Style: 3/8" Drive Size: 10 - 80 ft-lb, 14" Length
I've been using this torque wrench for all sorts of car repairs for over 12 years and it still works great. The plastic case is still intact and keeps it safe when not in use. I highly recommend this torque wrench. It is really good value, high quality, and built to last.

  • I am pleasantly surprised! Great Torque Wrench for $$$
Style: 3/8" Drive Size: 15 - 80 ft-lb, 14" Length
My larger torque wrench is an expensive, but very well made Snap-on. As much as I love it, I didn't want to spend that much for a smaller 3/8 drive torque wrench. I tried one form Harbor Freight and it was just awful. I took it back... I was hesitant to use Amazon for purchasing a torque wrench for fear I also wouldn't like it. I decided to read the reviews and take my chances on what looks like the best quality for the money. The reviews for this wrench were very favorable, so I decided to take a chance on the Neiko Professional Grade model. I have to say that I am simply thrilled with this purchase! I tend to be pretty picky, especially when it comes to my tools. This is not the cheapest torque wrench by any means. But it certainly is a best buy in my mind. Here is what I like: Nice quality case came with the tool. It can torque both right and left hand directions. The handle adjustment seems very precise, easy to read and it feels like it works as intended. I like the handle. It feels like a very precise click. It clicks loud enough to hear and feel. The tool feels well made. I really don't have any negatives to report. The quality is really fantastic, but not the same as my Snap-On torque wrench. But it really feels good and is less than half the cost (almost a third) of the Snap-On tool. I am really pleased with the quality and I think it represents a very good value. ... show more

  • Works
Style: 3/8" Drive Size: 10 - 80 ft-lb, 14" Length
Solid feeling wrench, worked fine as I was using it on my car. The instructions have a conversion chart (ft lb to nm, etc), but I do wish they'd print Nm instead of kps as the secondary units. Setting torque is not hard to figure out although there is a misprint in my instructions. The shaft shows torque by increments of 5 (10, 20, etc on the left, 15, 25, 35, etc on the right). The twistable handle shows 0 to 4 along its circumference. So if you want 13 ft. lb. you twist until the 0 on the handle is lined up with 10 on the shaft, then continue twisting until the 3 is lined up. You now have 10 + 3 = 13 ft lb. At some points you may need to loosen the bolt on the bottom of the wrench to continue turning. Takes a little muscle to turn at some parts, much easier with gloves. For those confused about the lines, it is the "lower" line. The line dips so that when you have a shaft number (10, 15, 20, etc) aligned with 0 on the handle the text isn't covered by the handle. The "click" is very distinct. I can't speak to the accuracy; this is a pretty inexpensive wrench though. I will say I didn't break any bolts and my car hasn't fallen apart, which if that continues is good enough for me. Be careful when ordering, there is a ft. lb. and an inch lb. version of the wrench, make sure you selected the one you want. ... show more

  • Nice little tool
Style: 1/4" Drive Size: 0 - 80 in-lb, 11" Length, Beam
I probably won't use this often. Most of the things I need to torque are done with the 3/8" drive tools. But now and then I need to torque something small that needs to be just slightly more than finger tight. This one goes down to 1 in/lb and seems to be fairly precise. But how would I know? Nice addition to my tool box. ... show more

  • Works great. Decent for the price.
Style: 1/4" Drive Size: 20 - 200 in-lb, 10.75" Length
Used this when I had to do knock sensors and intake. In my GMT800 03 suburban. Knock sensors are 15 ft lbs = 180in lbs and intake is 88in lbs. This worked great and is accurate.

  • Very easy to use
Style: 1/4" Drive Size: 0 - 80 in-lb, 11" Length, Beam
Hard to find a good torque wrench that goes very small in inches this works perfect for those five or six inch pounds

  • Extremally efficient cost/performance.
Style: 1/4" Drive Size: 0 - 80 in-lb, 11" Length, Beam
Extremally efficient cost/performance. I would suggest to add purchase options for adapter: 1/4 F to 3/8 M adapter: 3/8 F to 1/2 M

  • Good value for the money,
Style: 1/4" Drive Size: 20 - 200 in-lb, 10.75" Length
Inexpensive tools are just that they get the job done m but do not expect the level of quality that brands like Proto put into their products. The torque setting mechanism is a bit glitchy because of the locking knob at the bottom of the handle which if not snugged tight will affect the setting. I use this wrench to torque the oil filter cup of one my vehicles . Like many other things these days it is made from a thermoplastic material and needs to be handled with care. I have not used it for day to day torqueing therefore I cannot predict if the gears in the ratchet head will last, a long time from daily use ,I can say that they are not PROTO quality..by the sound they make and by the rotation selector lever. Depending on one`s own needs this wrench may be a good value for the money ... show more
