I really like this ab workout machine and it was very easy to put together. Since I'm going to weight loss journey, I don't see the definition yet but I feel stronger in my abs and in my core. I was able to put it in the basement with my treadmill and it's a great addition to my workout routine to do at home. Definitely recommend this if you're looking to get better core strength.

I got this thinking it would be better for my back than crunches to work my stomach. It is so hard to do. I am not in great shape. I was not able to do even one rep. This is much harder to do than crunches. The machine is all metal tubing. The knees are well padded with dense foam. I really like that this machine folds flat. It stores very easily.

Almost impossible to use it even on the easy level. Was easy to set up - took me maybe 15 mins at most. I just can’t use it at all. And I’m in decent shape.

Putting it together didn't take long, and it snugly fits in my gym space at home. Mornings are better with this in my routine. It focuses on my abs, sparing my neck and back from strain. That's all I could do in the beginning because it isolates the lower abs so well. Slowly I built up, and it keeps challenging me. It is the hardest thing to put together, and the instructions almost made me give it a 4 star, but once put together, it performs as promised. Bravo!

Good quality Ab Workout Training Machine for Home by Vislim. This is a great home-size version of an ab machine I use at the gym. This was pretty straightforward to put together with the enclosed instructions. It’s a well-constructed, sturdy and durable fitness machine. The ab workout is intense – seriously getting a workout on this machine! The Ab machine has different incline levels and heights it can be adjusted to and several training modes to change the difficulty of a workout. Plus it also folds up for easy storage when not in use and it easily slides under the bed!
