I bought this ab roller for myself to help me get in shape. I'm a beginner, so I was looking for something that was easy to use and wouldn't be too hard on my body. This ab roller is perfect for beginners. It's lightweight and easy to grip, and the knee pads are comfortable. I've been using it for a few weeks now, and I've already started to see results. Pros: Lightweight and easy to grip Comfortable knee pads Easy to use Great for beginners Cons: The wheel can roll too fast, which can be dangerous The handles could be a little longer Would I recommend buying this product? Yes, I would recommend this product to beginners. It's a great way to get in shape and tone your core. However, if you're not a beginner, you might want to look for an ab roller with more grip and longer handles. Conclusion: Overall, I'm very happy with this ab roller. It’s a great ab roller overall, but one big drawback is that it doesn’t have adjust and tension. The phone mount thing is a cool idea but it’s kinda a gimmick as when you’re doing the motion you’re hardly looking at the roller. It comes with a little foam mat which I guess is for your knees which is a nice little bonus!

Back in 2007, I was in a motorcycle accident and broke my wrist. Before the accident, I was working a lot with pushups, and other exercises that required the use of my hands, and wrists. The wrist fracture never did completely heal on me, and it made doing pushups a lot more difficult, and over time, more painful. I was still able to find other avenues of exercise to stay healthy enough. Fast forward to 2021. I was working on a platform about 6 feet in the air. The platform gave away, and I fell the 6 feet directly onto the concrete below. In the process of this, my ankle was shattered. After the surgery was finished to reconstruct my ankle, I was bedridden for around 6 months or more. In between that time, I was bound to a wheelchair, then crutches, and now a cane wherever I go. Being restrained to a bed for so long got me fatter, and weaker. But how do I get better? I am working with lower impact equipment now in the form of an exercise bike for some cardio. I can only go for brief moments before my ankle stops me. The ankle never healed right, and likely never will. I just live with the constant pain from it now. I still want to get the weight off, and that is when I came across this Ab Roller. With it, I can keep my bad ankle elevated off of the floor, while kneeling on the soft kneeling pad that came with it. And I'm not putting as much weight on my earlier injured wrist like I would when doing pushups. I can do some more work this way, at least until my wrist gives out, but I am feeling some long-forgotten muscles being used once again. This ab roller is a great, lower impact, device for use for me. I'm glad that I found it!
