I am disappointed with this item only because The place to insert any of the wires are loose and hard to attach the wire. I purchased this in July 2020, and I’ve only used it about a dozen times since then. And now it doesn’t work at all because I can’t connect any of the wires to the device. I purchased this with the idea that I would be buying the top quality. I paid quite a bit of money for it knowing I was getting something good. It works well like new. Use it for my sugar cookies. So I don't need 4k quality. This works for me.

I purchased this pico 4 months ago refurbished to use for cookie decorating. I used it the first month and it worked fine. Then I took it out a few months later and now it's not working properly. It doesnt connect to my devices and the screen keeps flashing in and out. I'm very disappointed with this purchase because it basically functioned long enough for me to not be able to return it anymore. A complete waste of $125! It worked great for a short amount of time. Only months after having it, using it sporadically during that time, it stopped staying on. I’ll be able to turn it on, and it’s fully charged, but after a few minutes, sometimes seconds, it shuts off. I’m able to get it back on, but it’s the same thing- just for a matter of moments. Not sure if this issue is access the board, or I just had a crappy one. But super discouraged because of what I paid for it, and there was no warranty option. ... show more

Purchased this for my daughter, becasue let’s face it as a mother I can see myself paying this much for something for myself. But knowing my daughter loves to draw she can use this for tracing images and for movie night! As an added plus mommy gets to try it for decorating cookies…. :)
