When I moved out of my last apt, I got rid of my box spring because my new mattress in a box was super thick/tall and I wanted a smaller profile box spring to go underneath. When I moved into my new house, I ordered this low profile metal box spring to give my new foam mattress the support I wanted without having to climb super high into my bed. I kept the wooden slats that I already had with my bed, and figured it wouldn’t hurt. The setup is easy, but you need space to put it together. I did it all myself and used only the tools and supplies that came with the product. So it’s been about a month since I’ve been sleeping on my metal box spring and foam mattress on top.. and I have zero complaints. I’m so glad I did my research and stumbled across this one as it feels sturdy and made of quality material. The cover is not super great, but that’s not really a big concern for me. Would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Well made heavy duty steel framed low profile box spring with bolted fasteners at the joints. Used on top of our "no box spring" lift bed that we kept sliding off toward the sides. Solved the problem. Bed is now level. Used the manufacturer furnished tools. Not difficult but took a while to assemble. Highly recommend.

Totally useless. ¼ of the bed slat slots were upside down. Had to buy self tapping screws to hold a quarter of the slats to the bed frame. No quality control at all. Save your money and buy from someone else.

It was EXTREMELY easy to assemble. Directions were easy to follow, and it took me about one hour. I have a hard time getting q queen size anything up my stairs to the second floor, and this was the perfect answer. I fully intend to order another for my other for my guest bedroom.
