I purchase this machine in July for my birthday, started to make shirts for me and friends and family. For the past last month it stopped printing I clean the nozzle and tubes. I did print testing didn't print I cleaned out the all of the systems printing system. I started more tests and nothing. I tried calling customer service no response no answer I can't even leave a message. I tried looking for answers online but I can't find the same brand. I went on different videos online, found some similar situations and I tried, but nothing. So I just have this machine sitting here not use waste of 2k bucks.
