As with anything unfamiliar, I was overwhelmed at how everything worked. I reached out by sending a message to seller and they wrote back with instructions to contact them. We communicated through Skype and it was so easy. The guys who helped me were so patient and so kind. They even stayed during lunch break because it was late here. Once you learn everything, it’s easy. If you ever have an issue, you just go back to your Skype chat and they will help. When we were finished, we printed a picture. I was blown away. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS MACHINE! Constant problems with white ink, I have worked on it more than I’ve been able to use it. spent the money on the machine only to receive the worst customer service and no help to resolve issues. I literally threw away $6000 by purchasing this machine.
