This ladder feels solid and stable when fully extended. It folds down nicely for storage and is easy to move around. Great quality and works exactly as expected. Works great for using on stairs. To install the feet I put them in some warm water, and they slid right on.

Decent ladder. When you get it there is no way to install the support arm at the bottom due to rivets blocking the holes. Just knock them out, they are just plastic.

This is by far the WORST ladder ever. First of all, the set up requires 2 people and once ready for use is extremely unstable. The rungs are very thin, so if you are wearing normal shoes (sneakers) to try and climb this, your feet will hate you as it's very painful. Once you start climbing, be prepared to jump, as it's unstable. I find it very disappointing the reviews from the step ladder are combined with this ladder, making it look better than it is. I would return this in a heartbeat if it weren't so clunky and hard to move. Instead, it will sit in a dark corner of my garage forever more, destined to go with the house if I ever sell and move.

So far I've only used this once - or rather my niece did when she was assisting me put up a Rubbermaid Shed that I purchased during the Amazon days. We both were trying to figure out exactly how it worked as the box arrived damaged - but the ladder & the piece you have to install (the stabilizer bar that goes at the bottom on one side) was intact. After we got the ladder to go up, & stay put - once you start climbing it, it's very solid. I definitely liked that one side can be vertically straight while the other side can be at an angle - can get closer to your work & feel stable doing it. Getting it back down now, that took some figuring out too - but as far as I can tell so far, you do each side one foot step at a time, I had to tell my niece several times not to place her fingers between the rails a few times when we were reducing it's height back to the original folded position it arrived as. Later on, I finally attached the stabilizer & that too a bit of time too - because the plastic ends that are supposed to slip on to each end - both were bent inwards in the same place, making it ridiculously hard to get them on the ends. Then I had to remove it from the slot it fit in, once to use the hard ground of my patio to get the rubver/plastic stabilizer ends on (tried a few times by pulling out the area that was too far in outwards, but it doesn't stay that way very long. I used a mallet instead of a hammer, due to not knowing if the ends that requires installing were actually rubber or some type of resin plastic - which a hammer could easily damage. The hard surface of my concrete patio assisted in getting those two ends on, then I finally had the holes in it aligned well enough to rachet the nuts to the screws. It seems heavy to me - but not much heavier than my aluminum ladder that has a different type of moving the stair treads up & down, plus the middle piece that opens it up to extend is also slightly different. This one seems more sturdy - per my niece. She's taller & weighs more than I do, so that really means it's pretty good to me. I bought it during Amazon Prime days this fall & got a good deal on it. My other ladder isn't tall enough for me to safely place lights up on my gutters & this is the height I needed to do that safely. Now I'm just waiting for a day where there's no rain (or doesn't look like it's going to rain & it's not super windy to hang up the lights & see how it does with that, plus cleaning out the gutters.

For what it’s worth, the ladder is decent and is low profile so it does breakdown very small and takes up very little space for its size, but it is not sturdy when extended out entirely and leaning up against a wall. Also, in order to use this as an A-frame ladder, both sides have to be extended out all the way or else it will be unlocked and unsafe and start extending out on you while you’re standing/climbing on it. So it’s an all or nothing ladder, not a multi positional ladder.
