Just got this today! Big boxes- 2-4 people to move them. Easier with at least 2 people to assemble. Couch is firm in the seat and has soft backs. I wanted something my elderly parents could sit on and easily get out of. This definitely checks that box! Very soft material. We find it very comfortable and love it so far! Bought the additional couch option. I hadn’t considered how much additional space I would need since the ends have leg rests that kick out pretty far. Something to be aware of. Seems sturdy. I wonder how the back behind the cupholder will hold up over time as it is held in just by 3 large screws. That is really my only concern. I researched sectionals for a long time before this buy. Great couch for the price!

This couch was extremely easy to put together probably a hour with hauling it inside and opening it up. (only one box was very heavy and the boxes are huge obviously) The instructions are very clear to understand. We are happy with the size and comfort, it's a firmer couch which we prefer. It seems easy clean material but time will tell. The pictures shown are very accurate in what it looks like and the size is also accurate. The set of cup holders on the pull down armrest are also not very deep tho. One major downside is the place it ships from; we had to pick it up from a local destination after paying $300 in shipping :/ So be warned on that as it came on a semi-truck but the driver was very nice and helped take it off his truck to load into ours

This sectional exceeded my expectations.It is comfortable and seats my family with everyone having enough space.The color is exactly what I expected and the storage and cushion that unfolds is a major plus.The only issue is the furniture comes in huge boxes that didn't fit through my gate so unboxing and bringing inside required 3 people.Definitely recommend and it's great for the price.
