I received my couch early so that was a surprise , a good one. Opened it that day and it expanded within minutes, no problems whatsoever. I really like it especially for the price. If you’re tall it probably wouldn’t work for you. I don’t really have any complaints they would seem petty. If you read the reviews and size it out with the measurements on this couch to your own space , should be satisfactory . It is firm when sitting or laying down which was an absolute requirement for me. It is super soft and comfortable. The height is perfect for me. Very satisfied with this purchase overall. I also recommended this to a friend and she bought two of these for her house, she loves them as well. The pieces stay together without any issues. Purchased this for my daughter and her family. It arrived in two deliveries ... 3 boxes and then 2, five days apart. Each piece is shrink-wrapped. As soon as you cut into the plastic, the piece begins to take shape. By day 3, they were fully formed. This couch is awesome! It is so comfortable and the back of it is like a large ledge where you can easily put your cell phone, remotes, drinks, etc. The two large pieces appear to be the size of a twin/single bed. It is so easy to curl up and fall asleep on. The fabric is soft and inviting. It comes with small throw pillows. For those that have the habit of hugging pillows or struggle with anxiety, the smaller pillows are perfect for this and actually provide a tactile calming sensation by rubbing the pillow in the direction of the grooves in the material. The couch is odd in the sense that it is firm, yet soft. I purchased the largest sectional (5 pieces) and is big enough to comfortably fit 3 adults and a couple of kids, both sitting and laying down. I also like the fact it sits directly on the floor as this prevents toys, crumbs, and other items from getting underneath. Lastly, it looks as though all pieces, including all the pillows are removable and washable as they all have zippers. The fabric itself is easily wipeable with a damp cloth. If I didn't need the storage that my own sectional provides, I would 100% sell it and purchase this one. I fully recommend this sofa. I don't think you'll be disappointed. ... show more

Four stars with a caveat. The couch is perfect for the space I needed it in size wise. But, there is zero shoulder and neck support. The couch in its own is three stars. It is comfy, the foam has been supportive but unless you’re planning on putting this up against a wall I’d go the route I took. With this Bed pillow (cut out the back lower corner so it would sit back farther on the couch) it’s actually pretty comfy. Plan on ordering another one for the other side of the couch. Not to soft not to firm just right, arrived quickly and expanded within the 72hour period, the measurement given in the description was accurate. They are about 70 pounds each part which for me is alittle bit of a struggle to move but my husband could move it with ease. We love it. It’s definitely lower to the ground than we envisioned it would be, but that was more an us issue than anything else. It’s very comfortable and “inflated” quickly. The sections stay together well.

absolutely horrible. The quality of this couch is an air mattress. No way this is worth $400 bucks with other company’s have them for $90. Additionally, I never received my ottoman. They have the nerve to say I need to file a police report to prove it. Ridiculous. Have to compress this stuff back to the original size and ship it. Regardless, I’m taking a loss. If u want some cheap furniture for your pet, this may be it. This not made for human. They say they want to make the customer happy but are doing everything but that.
