Awful experience, the unit is not even 6 months into being barely used and the interior temperature sensor already went out. I contacted Amazon customer service and they were no help. Be weary of purchasing items from China as there will be zero assistance. I need a part for this item so how do I purchase it. Amazon, should sell the replacement parts or hold their vendors accountable for faulty products.

I just installed the 9000 btu 18.5 seer2 230v in my shed and It works excellent and you can barely hear it. The only problem is that the vibration pads are worthless. I ordered the heavy duty pads.

Everything needed for a complete install is included, 9000btu 240v version providing climate control for well house/utility shed all ran on solar power. seems to use 300-900 watts depending on ramp up and temp settings. very easy to install with common tools. I did also buy a vacuum pump to suck the system down and test it. I will be buying another one of these to cool and heat my next off grid building.

I have a couple mini-splits, this was my first install attempt. It works Ok so far. I'm an engineer by degree and generally quite handy installing and fixing things both electrical and mechanical. However, it buzzes a fair bit compared to my other units, nothing external affects the buzz it is from the inside somewhere. Secondly, I had a terrible time with the refrigerant, i pumped down with vacuum and let it hold for an hour, no leaks...so I opened things up, all seems good, went to detach the vacuum line from its valve and according to several videos I should lose a little refrgerant...no I lost a HUGE amount, the system lost most of its pressure in the end. The hose was off and I was struggled to get the valve cap on, my hands froze, and it just kept coming out, even with the valve cap mostly on...wrench tight stopped it...maybe a faulty valve? I have no confidence the valve closed properly or the cap will hold, something does not seem right to me. Nonetheless, the unit seems to heat a bit for now. Caution is needed on vacuum and opening refrigerant lines. Also, I could not find anywhere in the manual how to switch the display from C to F...took me a long time to stumble across that. Press and hold COOL and HEAT for 5 seconds worked. Overall not a great experience and I'm left with a questionable install. Will update if anything changes.

Very easy to install ,except copper tubing difficult to redo the flaring on the 1/4 inch line after making the lines shorter. .Hired someone to Vacuum the lines before letting preloaded refrigerant fill the system . I think some people skip that vacuum pump step ,not sure if skipping the vacuum pump will allow long term success .

Works great. Easy install. Comes with everything to install. I bought a wall mount bracket and a line cover separately. The only thing is I can’t get the remote to change from Celsius to Fahrenheit. Other than that it’s a great product. Oh and the insulation for the lines is better material than others I’ve purchased.
