I installed this railing on a side door step up into the house. Actually, I installed the railing the same afternoon that the shipment arrived. It was just a little tricky putting the step together. The directions were printed in some sort of micro font and were not very good. On the other hand, putting it together was not rocket science. The most difficult part of the installation was drilling the holes in the cement and getting the anchors to line up with all the holes. It is installed, and it is a rock-solid railing.

I like the price, but I don't like how light weight it is. The bars rattle when you hold on to it when you are walking up the steps. I wish each bar was fitted snugly so there would be no sound at all from the bars. It's a beautiful handrail and a great price, but wish it was more heavy duty and sturdy.

Timely shipping arrival. Looks good. Provides stability for stepping up one step. Package included all necessary installation items. Although it does not reflect on the quality of the product, drilling into the concrete proved challenging. Get your self an impact driver and a good masonry bit. It would have made my installation a lot easier.

This was a great purchase. We had to buy a drill bit and borrow a 1/2 inch drill to bolt it down, but otherwise it is easy to install and is very stable. It was perfect for our steps.

Easy to assemble railing, adjustable to fit different rises and runs. A fraction of the cost of custom welded railings. A hammer-drill is recommended for drilling the 8 anchor points. The anchor bolts supplied with the kit are pretty much a joke. Small and flimsy. I opted to use 1/2” lead anchors with lag screws and the railing is rock solid.
