The shipping company kept me informed from the time they received the item, I also purchased the ripper bucket and quick connect hitch, the ripper bucket is far sturdier than I expected, and the quick hitch makes changing buckets easy. The ripper really makes a difference in removing stumps. Overall, this machine appears to be well constructed and operates as it should.
