My husband and I put this set together in about an hour, and everything lined up without any issues. The chairs are comfortable, and I really like the gentle swivel and rocking motion while sitting outside in the evenings. Assembly took forever, which is understandable for something so large but the sectional was straight forward. I will say the rocking chairs were much harder and confusing in the instructions. Cushions aren't as sturdy as I'd like, often the top of the sectional digs into my back when I lean back. We will get some more pillows to supplement. Looks great on our porch, I'm curious to see how easily stains come out. Our dog has already jumped all over it. When you have the sectional attached, you're not really able to connect and disconnect the back pillows because they tie around the back of the sectional. First I agree with other reviews that the packaging was insanly compact and effective. Padding was applied at strategic points, resulting in perfect undamaged furniture. Now on the assembly: the instructions were well above average with detailed assembly for each chair, table. The bolts, nuts, tools required for each furniture piece were packaged separately with correct number of pieces every time. They also included a generous bag of extra parts, bots, nuts. The design was well thouht out,all the holes were in the right places and all the pieces were the right size. I got a 10 piece set it took me an hour per piece and a little longer on the swivel/slidder chairs. A note of caution, it was critical during assembly to follow their instructions on when to leave the bolts loose and when to tighten them. We looked at a lot of patio furniture before making this purchase and I can tell you the quality of this furniture was good as sets that cost 3 times more. In summary, we have a fantastic set of beautiful patio furniture at a bargain price. ... show more

Our package originally arrived like had been returned at some point, some parts were wrapped other parts weren’t. Perhaps I’m mistaken, but I’m pretty certain the way the box was put back together. It looked like someone returned this, which makes you very anxiety ridden about attempting to put it together. I did get a kick about one of the people who raid this whoever packaged this should be in the Olympics! You couldn’t fit a micron thick piece of paper in there. God forbid you need to return this. It ain’t gonna happen because you’ll never get it back in the box again. That being said we had initial trouble putting it together holes did not lineup properly but eventually we figured it out. It did take about two hours with two people, you definitely should have two people to do this. It makes it much easier. Pleased with the quality and sitting it was nice. Overall, I recommend it just have some patience when you’re putting it together and again, two people‘s always better than one most of the time that is! ... show more
