Pros: Highly Affordable, Excellent Value Pretty Solid Build Quality and Good Attachments Small Counter Footprint for a 9.5qt Mixer Looks Modern, pretty slick on the counter Not too heavy, sturdy enough to lift and move as needed Cons: !!!Mixer Attachments do not adequately reach bottom of the bowl!!! Causes periodic start/stop/scrape moments for certain kinds of ingredients. I’ll still use it because I am willing to manage around this, however I could see it frustrating some. Still, for the price… Also, mixer shakes like a leaf in a hurricane at the highest speeds, especially when there is a good sized, heavy dough in the bowl. I’ve only used it a few times since I got it, and so durability is something to watch out for. Still… for the price… Generally I would recommend for the home baker needing a little more capacity vs a standard 4/5qt machine. ... show more

I make quite a bit of cookie dough and frosting, but I’ve only had this mixer for a month. I loved it at first. It holds much bigger batches than my kitchen aid. But after about 3 weeks the motor burned out while mixing cookie dough. Troubleshooting suggested letting it cool off for 2-3 hours but it still did not work after that. I was very disappointed. I had high hopes for this based on other reviews. I would not recommend if you do a lot of baking. I’m sure it’s fine if it isn’t something you are using daily or for long periods at a time. ... show more

Big bowl which led me to buy in the first place. However between the plastic shell and the shaking I was concerned. I used once and put back in a box for return. Also the amount of noise made,made me feel like maybe there was an issue with this particular mixer.
