    • Only received part of the mini split...Wont do any good with out the inside unit
Only 1 box was sent..no outside part..should have been another box but manufactured did not send the other box..We will not purchase from them again...Amazon is refunding my money! Very unhappy with manufactor!!

Super easy to install. Just go slow, read instructions first, read them again, then install. It's quiet, warm and cold when needed. Totally live this unit especially the price! I've owned mini split before, and thus far, works just as good as one i paid much more. I recommend this unit. Size and quality is also just as good as the more expensive unit i had prior residence. Energy efficiency is standard, but they have options for better which i wasn't concerned, price was true motivator for the purchase, surprised by the great quality. ... show more

This is a great unit. It runs without noise and maintains temperature well. I cannot even tell it is running. The remote is easy to use.

    • Make sure to watch the install video
The install is fairly simple and can be done with out assistance. I recommend you watch an installation video, and spend an extra 100$ on the vacuum pump and manifold. That takes the guess work out of tightening the lines. Additionally you will want the 30$ mounting bracket. Also Mudder 7 Pieces Air Conditioning Refrigerant Angled Compact Ball Valve 23$ Give yourself 4-5 hours if you haven't installed one before, go slow and read the instructions. The AC works great not too sure how the heater will works, If someone knows please let me know. Easy to install. It does came in two different shipments few days a part. By the way the AC gas need to be filled after a month of used.
