Buy it! You won't regret it. Even customer service is great. I had a dent in one of my roof panels. I messaged them and they sent me another panel right away at no cost. I honestly love this gazebo!! Assembly is like anything else you have to put together. It takes time. A few curse words here and there and many breaks in between...this thing is very nice! Looks amazing. It stands strong. Good quality, even the curtains. This past winter we had a lot of snow. YOU MUST remove the roof panels with a large amount of snow in the forecast or it will begin to bend. Other than that, rain storms and high winds it did very well. Everyone likes it. Extremely happy with my purchase!

PROS: This gazebo is solidly built. If anchored. Properly, it should withstand high wind and remain durable. I love the way it looks. CONS: none with materials or construction other than the shipment came with a slightly bent side rail mending plate that I couldn't see until assembly outside the 30 day return window. I contacted the company customer service email address which stated they would respond within 24 hrs. I haven't received a response in over 7 days now. Luckily, I was able to fabricate a new mending plate. If I had received a response from customer service, this gazebo would get 5 stars. Otherwise, I'm happy with the final setup and strong materials.

Best decision we ever made! This saved us thousands of dollars and we love the look. We live in Florida so a cover is a must for an outside patio. The set up was very involved but we were fortunate to have five people helping. My husband had to make some hight adjustments to the metal poles (used a metal saw) because he wanted it mounted under our roof soffit. Well worth the work you put into it. No leaking during rainstorms and keeps that blaring sun off you.

Instructions were not easy to follow and did result in us having to take completed pieces apart to correct assembly errors. The 10x24 gazebo took two full days and four people to erect, but the effort produced a sturdy and attractive enclosure that will protect my deck and hot tub from the elements.it fits perfectly under the dripline of the roof so the porch stays dry when it rains. Super happy with this purchase and glad I ordered it. Four stars because the instructions were difficult to follow. An instruction video would have been very helpful and this review would have received five stars. Helpful hint: you will receive spare hooks to hang the curtains. Use all of them so that you have spares on the track when they break while you're trying to attach the curtains. They're pretty flimsy.
