I used two of these to light up a pantry that was reliant only on the main light in the kitchen. They've made a remarkable difference, so much so that my kids commented on how nice it was. The motion activation works very well. They mount magnetically to a pair of thin plates that can be affixed with pre-applied adhesive tape or screwed via a pre-drilled hole, and they're extremely easy to remove to charge then remount. The switch options are Off/On (always on)/Auto (motion activated anytime)/Night (motion activated when dark), so they can be configured to work for almost any need. The light stays on for about 20 seconds after last motion is detected. I'm quite pleased and can happily recommend this product. ***One month update*** I am still just pleased as punch every time I open my pantry door and these lights pop on. I wish I had picked them up much sooner. If you have a darker area that could be a little brighter, I highly recommend these. ... show more

I only installed one and satisfies my need. Middle of the night I might want a snack, I don't want to turn the main light on...this is perfect. I can't comment on the battery life yet. These LED motion sensor lights are the answer to my dark closet. Although my other closet lights were much longer, the light wasn't bright enough. Even though these are shorter, they're bright enough to light the entire closet area. Mounting them was a breeze using the adhesive-backed magnetic brackets. Very easy to install, magnetic stickers. Super sleek and hides away nicely under cabinets. Can use it for staircase and hallways as well since it motion sensored. Its bright! Adjustable brightness, and has 3 colors for mode. It is very nice. Easy to charge with usbc. Highly recommend.

The media could not be loaded. I got these with the intention of using them as supplementary 'under shelf' work lights for my workbench. The 68 LED version though is pretty small ( photo next to drill for comparison). They do have little magnetic tabs which can keep them held up fine, and they come with a sticky back if you don't want to drill. They also have 3 'warm/white/cool' light modes, and a dimmer to set the brightness. Unfortunately.. the dimmer didn't goto 11. They're simply not very 'big'. The brightness is not enough to illuminate a workbench with a light already on (but behind your head). And the light in darkness - while would be fine for a night light, isn't enough to do very much else with. I put them under a bar cabinet, and that also.. wasn't bright enough to make a difference while the kitchen lights were on - so, not really 'under cabinet lighting' either. What they *were* fine for was illuminating a completely dark 'nook'. Some have mentioned 'book shelves' which would be fine EXCEPT for the fact that they turn off after 30 seconds. IF they had a 'night light' ability ( while plugged in ) to just stay on while dark, or maybe dark + 4 or 8 hours I could see using them, but right now - they're good for 'lighting a pantry while you get something out of it', or as the product suggests - a 30 second 'night light' for stairs. I got these to put on some of the bookshelves I have mounted quite high in my living room, so my other lighting leaves those books in shadows. I love these. They did an amazing job of lighting the books. I like using the more yellow-tone option. Will be getting more.
