The sofa looks nice, but the comfort is a big issue. Unless you’re sitting perfectly in the center of the cushion, you can actually feel the wooden frame pressing through, which makes it very uncomfortable. The sofa came in seven boxes and was very easy to assemble. Simply screw on the legs and snap the modules together. I easily assembled it following the instructions—just be aware that the screws are different lengths. Don't be put off by the negative reviews about the backrest cushions. Either my cushions were fine from the start, or the problem has been resolved. The cushions are the perfect height to support my back and have a good thickness. I fluffed them up and left them to sit for 24 hours, and they became very full. The seat is very spacious, supportive, comfortable, and has an elegant, modern look. The chenille fabric is soft and comfortable. I absolutely love relaxing on this sofa. Best of all, the whole set cost less than $1,000.
