Great air conditioner. Our previous air conditioner started leaking so we needed a replacement. It is energy efficient. Easy to install. I love the compact size and it is very quiet. I didn’t realize just how loud our other air conditioner was. Very functional. Quickly cools our upstairs bedroom.

Lost over $200 dollars buying this worthless unit. I made the mistake of throwing out the package and now I am stuck with an AC unit that does not fully cool my room down and I'm still sweating through the night. It is easy to assemble and looks good, but it is louder than you would think and does not work on a room smaller than 300 square ft like it is rated for. It's thermostat says it reached 65 degrees in the room, but that is not even close to the actual temperature. It runs all night and only knocks the temperature down a few degrees. I could only imagine what my electric bill is going to be. In these hard times, it is a tough pill to swallow losing money on a worthless unit like this. Buy something else and save your money.

EDIT: 4 stars. (Previously 2 stars)it was missing crucial bolts, as well as it came with a butterfly nut and no bolt that matches.(it could have been preowned, which itself is a problem) or it could have just been missed which is on the QIC department. I should not be scrounging for a bolt that fits. Additionally, it is shipped through FedEx which I would not recommend because they VERY frequently mishandle fragile packages ie, they damaged the box my unit was shipped in causing a shipping delay. Other than having the literal worst shipping company ship it, the install was easy, and it works phenominally to cool my 300 sqft converted garage.

DO NOT BUY. This thing is a piece of trash you get what you pay for I guess. Keeps turning off and I have to reset the button on the plug in, has to be emptied multiple times per day, and the first time I emptied it I spilled water all over the floor because the hole to empty is all the way at the bottom so there’s no way to contain it once you open the knob without picking up the whole unit first. I’ve only had it for about a month and I already feel like it’s not working as well and now keeps making weird loud noises randomly like it’s gonna blow up.

Bought to supplement my master bedroom on the second floor for the summer. It worked like a champ. Kept the 18x18 room cool/cold everyday. I hope it continues to perform this summer. If it doesn’t, the cost vs reward is definately worth reinvesting.
