All my packages came at same time. Assembly is in 3 phases, each box had the same complete instruction book, but each phase was not completely together in the same box. I immediately started opening boxes and just separated by letters. A's here, B's here. Not all A's or the other letters are the same, but it is very easy to follow the instructions. You won't get it mixed up. 3 hardware kits, it's pretty easy. Picture Book Difficulty :) The one large headboard piece was Letter M. There was no sticker on it, but there were no M stickers either. Pretty easy. It's not a thick grandma's pull-out bed type of couch, but seems sturdy. I probably should have got the 3 year warranty, and I only have one kid. This isn't a couch to front-flip off the island on to, but it is nice and comfy and seems to be worth the cost. Assembly took about 2-3 hours casually I think. I used impact drill. Luckily it's 1 screw head size, then the socket for the nuts basically (provided). Communication with seller was easy and transparent. Idk what else people might be looking for in these reviews. It smelled completely fine. Good purchase. They say to air it out for a while, but I just assembled it immediately it didn't mess up anything. OH! And a little trick for the double sided threaded bolts with no head, they can get stuck hand tightening it so tighten down one of the nuts all the way to the end of the exposed thread that sticks up, and you can thread those bolts that don't have a head WAY easier using the nut as the head. Then just loosen the nut back off of it. You'll understand what I mean. Thank You

I purchased the 7 seater sofa. At first I thought the sofa was going to be too small. But as everything pieced together it ended up being a good size. It fits perfectly in my living room. I love that it has 2 storage compartments for pillows or extra blankets. It is easy to assemble just make sure you assemble box by box so you don’t get confused with the pieces lol. Everything is labeled and it even includes video instructions on how to put together. It is comfortable and perfect for my family. It moves easily if you need to move it. It cleans easily with a little soap and water. The fabric is smooth and soft. It’s sturdy and doesn’t seem to be able to break easily. I love the look of the sofa! I can’t wait until I put together the rest of my living room.

This couch was great for the price! Came in about 5 boxes with instructions in each box and the necessary parts for each piece in the corresponding box. It took my husband an afternoon to put it all together and he said it was very easy. The back cushions attach by velcro which is great in some ways but in others not so much. Our cat likes to lay on the back of the couch and that has caused the cusion to indent and pull away from the velcro. We've only had the couch a week and that cushion is already not wanting to reform. The pull out bed is very easy to use even with my back issues. The storage is fantastic. Every cushion comes off for easy washing. Cushions are firm and comfy. All in all 100% worth the money so far.

I got the black color. A really great couch, especially for the price. I've had it for almost a year now and I haven't had issues with sagging or uncomfortable wear and tear. Really, no wear and tear at all and I have a child under 10. The cushions are firm, but it's one of those things where it forms to you as you sit and feels super comfy. It's very easy to clean. One tip I will give about the pull out extension piece; when putting the couch together you have to connect the sections with lag bolts. The way the bolt pattern/direction is set up, if you over tighten them, it sorta widens the bottom of that couch section, thereby making the tracks farther apart. When that happens, the pull out extension constantly falls off the tracks. No, the couch isn't broken or a faulty item. Just back the bolts out a little bit and it won't make the space between the tracks wider than they are supposed to be. 🤙

The size is great and fits nicely in the corner without feeling too bulky, but still has plenty of seating. The dark grey color looks clean in person and matches my space really well — not too light, not too dark. The pull-out part is honestly one of my favorite features. It slides out pretty smoothly and turns into a big lounging area or bed. I’ve already used it to relax and watch TV and it’s really comfortable. The storage compartment is also bigger than I expected — I can fit blankets and a few extra things in there easily, which helps keep everything more organized. Comfort-wise, I’d say it’s medium-firm. Not super soft like a cloud couch, but still comfortable enough for everyday use. The cushions seem to hold their shape pretty well so far. Assembly took a bit of time and it’s easier with two people, but overall it wasn’t too complicated. Once it’s set up, it feels pretty sturdy. If I had to nitpick, the cushions do shift a little after sitting for a while, so you may need to adjust them occasionally. But for the price, I think that’s pretty normal.

I wanted to wait a bit before writing this review so the couch could really “settle in” to the house, and I’m glad I did. This sectional was a Christmas gift to myself, and shortly after getting it, I had my aunt visiting from out of the country who ended up sleeping on it — so it definitely got put to the test. I’m happy to say there have been zero complaints. The couch is incredibly comfortable and has held up beautifully. One of my favorite features is that every single cushion has a zipper with a removable cover, which makes cleaning and washing so much easier and gives me peace of mind long-term. Another huge plus is the amount of storage this sectional has. There are multiple compartments underneath where I store blankets and other items, and it keeps everything looking neat without needing extra furniture. Assembly was straightforward. It did require two people, but the process was simple and didn’t take long at all. Since getting it, everyone who comes over absolutely loves it — and they’re always shocked when I tell them I bought it on Amazon. Overall, this sectional has exceeded my expectations in comfort, functionality, and quality. It’s been perfect for everyday use, guests, and even overnight stays. I couldn’t be happier with it.

I have had this couch for 4 months. The couch comes in 5 large boxes, not at the same time. There was 4 days between the first box and the last box. It was easy to assemble, only taking maybe 1.5 hours from start to finish. The back rest isn’t very talk as the images show. I am 5’9” and the top of the back rest is in the middle of my shoulder blades. The back cushions on the corner and edges can’t be rotated to prevent wearing in certain spots. You are able to swap the others. The seat cushions can all be swapped other than the corner cushion. The material wears down like your pants do where your legs rub together. That meaning the material breaks down and forms small fabric balls. In these for months, using each night after work, the cushions have wore down way faster than any couch I have seen. The cushions on the 1990s couch that this one replaced, held up better than this couch. I gave it a three because the storage is really nice, having the pull out bed is nice for when family comes over to stay, and it is fairly comfortable. Downside would be how fast it is wearing down. I would be surprised if this $1000 couch makes it two years before I have to replace it. If your plans are to use it occasionally rather than every night, this would probably be a good couch for you. If your plans want to use it everyday, I wouldn’t recommend, just spend the extra money for a better couch.

This couch has been really good for our family. Has plenty of seating, we have the larger sectional. Our front room isn’t real big but this sectional is not oversized and very versatile. It isn’t super comfy because since you put it together where the pieces join together are offset a little bit so one side is higher then the other. If you sit on the joint it is a little uncomfortable. The pull out section works wonderful. No problems with it and the extra storage for winter blankets and pillows is so convenient. I would buy it all over again just because the price and what the sofa has to offer. I would give it a 5 stars if the cushions were thicker so as to not feel the bottom and if the joints met up exactly. This is why it is only getting 4 stars. The couch is not up against the wall and the sofa does not move unless you pick it up and move it. Very sturdy. It is simple to put together and a little time consuming. It does come in multiple boxes that were delivered on different days. It was not a bad thing for us either since our place is small it allowed for us to put it together section by section without taking up much room. If you need more seating and on a budget this couch is worth the buy.
