This PC came very well packaged and in excellent condition. It looks just like new. It booted right up and Windows 11 was ready to be personalized. I am slowly learning how to use Windows 11 as it is quite a bit different from Windows 10. The ony problem I am having and it is my fault, it does not have a CD/DVD drive. I overlooked this and it is not the fault of the vendor. I have ordered an external drive and am confident it will be fine as I rarely use a CD/DVD drive except to add music to my itunes collection. I highly recommend this vendor and will recommend them to my family and friends as a source of refurbished computers. The computer worked pretty good once I went through all the hoops of setting it up;but the fan was loud. I tried to ignore that, but it became annoyingly loud. So, the vendor gave me 2 options...They could send me a replacement fan, plus an extra part that I would pay "about $40", and they could tell me how to fix it. The second option was to ship the computer back, and they'd ship me another one, once I send them the tracking information. Of course, I chose the second. I didn't get a response when I emailed the proof of tracking. Hopefully, I don't have to contact them again. I received my replacement quickly, and the fan is not loud. Computer is a referb Dell. Bought it to replace a Windows 10 that was locking up all the time. It is fast and quiet. Like the lighted mouse and keyboard that came with it. Gave it 3 stars only because it looks a little worse for wear. Overall a good buy.

First of all, the computer works fine and is at a bargain price. You should be aware that, at least as far as my machine was concerned, the appearance was difference and unlike the pictured computer there was no DVD or CD device. If course, that could be a blank space filler in the picture. Also, the video outputs were display ports, not HDMI. Both problems were addressed by purchasing a $20.00 external DVD drive and a Display Port-HDMI driver. For the money, I am happy enough to buy one again knowing the shortfalls. ... show more

The computer arrived in good condition. It was a long before I noticed there was no power cord there. Amazon's only remedy was to return the whole computer and not simply ship a simple computer power cord. I kept the computer at that point and simply bought a $12 power cord. Everything was going fine and then the mouse stopped working. Then the keyboard stopped working and the keys popped off here and there. I think the computer itself is okay but the components that you need to use it or either not there or so cheap it's ridiculous.
