The entire hardware, instructions were missing- so by the time I was able to get instructions and replacement parts (10 days after the couch was delivered) I realized I am missing even MORE parts.. the supports dont fit the couch so when you sit in the chase it collapses. I was hesitant to buy furniture from Amazon, but it turned out to be a good purchase, the shipping was very fast, I received the couch less than a week after I ordered it. The seller is good at communicating the steps and shipping details. Make sure you have all the pieces BEFORE you begin to put it together, the steps are very easy to follow, it only toke me a couple of hours. this couch was honestly very easy for me to put together solo, i think it took me less than 2 hours, i did the entire thing fully solo until attaching the board to the pull out bed part. this couch is great for my space, i have a large living room but an unusable wall for furniture due to a full length baseboard heater, this couch gives me the feel and comfort of a large couch without sacrificing too much space. the pull out couch is easy enough to pull out & up, and gives a lot of space for lounging. the color is also gorgeous. i did put it together wrong so i cant use the charging ports until i get a longer extension cord, but other than that i am very satisfied with this couch!! ... show more

I LOVE this couch! I was a bit skeptical because of the affordable price and the fact that the cushions sit on wood slats but I was wrong! It’s very comfortable, the perfect size for my small living room, and it’s beautiful! The seat cushions on the couch are pretty hard. If the couch isn’t up against the wall it’s a bit uncomfortable to lean on the back cushions due to no support. The back of the couch only supports half of the back cushions (I included a pic). It took me about 2 in a half hours to build by myself. I was pretty surprised when I saw that wood slats were the base of the couch. I really like the color I ordered the orange but it’s almost peachy idk. It’s a pretty couch and I do believe it’s worth the money I spent. We will see how long these wood slats hold up that’s my only concern so far. I hope the seat cushions get softer with time. ... show more
