Love this couch so much!!! It’s really comfy and looks super cute in our space. Assembly only took us about 2 hours and that was with 2 ppl and using a drill. Shipping was fast and we received the order within 3 days of ordering but we did end up having a little shipping mishap; we were sent box 1 twice with box 3 instead of boxes 1,2, and 3. However, the seller was extremely good about handling the mistake and it was resolved quickly, they sent us box 2 and did not make us return anything which was greatly appreciated. From other reviews it doesn’t seem anyone else had that happen so maybe it was just a one time mistake. Nonetheless I have nothing but good things to say about this couch, I’m really glad we went with this one and would highly recommend buying it!! ... show more

I have had this sofa for several months and cannot say enough good things about it. It is extremely comfortable. the seat cushions are firm and back cushions are comfortable and supportive. My only concern is how the foam cushions will hold up over time, but so far so good. Assembly is straightforward; I would allocate about four hours for full assembly. One really welcomed feature, which was not in the description is that all of the cushion covers are zippered and removable for cleaning. I highly recommend the item! ... show more

Hi! I got mine recently it is a firm soft it's not cardboard like. It's like a firm memory foam type vibe. My husband and I are over 200lbs and it feels soft yet supportive. It's not too hard and not too soft in my opinion! I think it's definitely worth it. Also I don't think the description says so - but there's extra storage in the arm rests! And the ottoman can detach and be moved around easily or you can keep it attached. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this couch! I sleep on it often and it feels good on my back and body. Great couch! Dog approved. The 3 boxes for the couch came all at once and a day early. Took me about 3 and a half hours to put together by myself, did it in a night. Fit perfectly in the small area I planned to put it. Is on the firm side, but I prefer that. Pull out part to make it a bed works great. Easily fit myself and my husband togther, he's 6' 2". Very sturdy and large for its size, and easy to assemble by myself. However, I wish the wooden support underneath the cushions were made of iron instead, because that's all that supports you when you sit down.
