This case is awesome! The flip out flap that acts as a stand is rock sold and each small indentation is magnetic so there’s no slipping out of place. I can LEAN on this thing while I draw and it doesn’t feel spongy or soft like some other cases with stands. The brown finish has a faux leather look that I love and the feel of it is similar to a faux leather as well. It doesn’t feel at all slippery when I carry it around - there’s a slight grip to it which is super nice. The corners seems to have a little extra bumper padding which I like. The iPad buttons respond well to the buttons on the case edge. The pencil is snug and charges just fine. It’s snug but easily slots in and out. If I had any changes it would be that there should be an extra fold in the cover flap so that when you fold it behind the iPad and want to use the camera, you can double fold the flap over itself while holding it like a notebook. Additionally it would be nice if the cover flap magnetized to the back nice and flush when you flipped it completely around. ... show more

I've been using this case for a couple of years and it's holding up very nicely! It takes a little muscle memory training to teach yourself to turn it around to employ the stand, because it's different from the normal rotation of a case from Apple. But now it's a natural motion that I can do one-handed, even on a bus. There's not unlimited viewing angles like some cases, but I can almost always find one that works. And the buttons are easy to find and manipulate, as they're not covered by the case. If you like to use your iPad in profile mode, this is not the case for you, as it doesn't stand straight and level. But for horizontal use, the fake leather feel and look is nice to hold. And the inner rubber edges provide quite a bit of protection. Well worth the money in my opinion. ... show more

This is a good case for its intended use. I have used it for over a month so far and have no problem with it. As you can see in the picture of the magnetic latch is pretty strong holding up with about eight different adjustments so far I have use it on my treadmill and at my computer desk. Fits iPad Pro really well. Makes it quite heavy, but protects it from shock, dropping, etc. The first one arrived with a razor blade cut, like from a box cutter. Shows that it will take a cut and not penetrate. Would still be fine at a damaged item sale. Returned it for a refund 2 days later, and the second one was on my doorstep by the time I returned from the return center. The cover looks sturdy and fairly protective. Holds itself upright well due to the magnets when flipped in the open position / on desktop. So far, I think I’ll like it. Only drawback is it’s noticeably heavier than the iPad alone. Overall, Has Non-slip grip texture. I got the black color, and it’s non obtrusive. It looks plain and flat black, and doesn’t gain much attention. Just kind of blends in, which is fine so hopefully nobody takes an interest when I’m using it. ... show more
