I’m happy with the KISLOT 84 Inch Sectional Sleeper Sofa. The sofa arrived in 2 boxes and was well packaged. Assembly was straightforward with clear instructions I was able to assemble it together without any issues. The design is modern and clean, making it a perfect fit for my living room. The pull-out sleeper bed works smoothly and is very convenient for guests. It’s surprisingly comfortable both as a sofa and as a bed. I really love the storage chaise, which is spacious and perfect for storing blankets and pillows. The USB charging ports are a great bonus and super practical for everyday use. The cushions are comfortable and supportive, not too soft and not too firm. The fabric feels durable and high quality, and the overall construction feels solid and sturdy. For the price, this sectional offers excellent value，style, comfort, and functionality all in one. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a versatile sectional sofa for a living room or apartment. ... show more

    • Missing parts
The couch once I had to go through troubleshooting is beautiful. Alot of issues occurred. The instructions are very vague. The support brackets didn't come preset with the threads for the screws. Part of the couch didn't have the hole marked either for the arm to hook on it. Luckily I was able to do some troubleshooting to get it where it needed to be. We had missing screws as well from shipping so it wasn't a fun time. The couch once built is study and is comfy but the fact I had this rough time and had to buy more tools to get it to work right was unnecessary. ... show more

    • It met my expectations!

It met my expectations! I was very worried about buying a sofa online, so I did a lot of research, comparing different brands and sizes, and even comparing it to IKEA sofas. But in terms of price and quality, this modular sofa is the best we've ever bought from Amazon! It fits perfectly in our home, even better than I expected, and it's very comfortable to sit on. Because of its independent spring design, the cushions are soft yet firm, not hard and stiff like a rock. It's comfortable, soft, and stable, although the back cushions are a bit thin. Assembly took me about an hour, and as someone who works in engineering installation and maintenance, it was incredibly easy with the right tools. Therefore, this sofa is really great, and I highly recommend it! It's a beautiful off-white color, the fabric is of moderate thickness, soft and comfortable. The only thing I'm unhappy about is that the delivery driver didn't deliver it to the second floor, leaving the two large boxes downstairs. I had to find someone to help me carry them upstairs. Overall, it was a great shopping experience, and I might update my review after using it for a while. So far, everything is great, and there was no damage during delivery. ... show more

    • Sectional sofa bed
Sofa is good but the installation manual is vague and one of arm there is no opening so you need to cut the cloth n sponge to make way for screw to fit in …but once it’s installed sofa is too good n firm looks n fits very good for small spaces

This couch is a versatile and thoughtfully designed piece for living room spaces. It has a smart 2-in-1 function that combines a L-shaped couch with an extendable sofa bed, which makers it perfect for accommodating overnight guests. Some keys features of this couch includes a storage compartment built in under the sofa cushion that is easy to access and keep your living area tidy, along with a convenient USB charging ports for easy device charging and two cup holders on the arms of the couch. Regarding assembly, the couch was simple to set up and came altogether in two boxes for easy handling. The couch has a sturdy metal frame and thick seat cushions. Upon opening the seat cushions from the air-tight packaging, you will need to let them sit out for a couple of days for the cushion to regain its original size. The crushions come in a zipper cover that can be unzipped and put in the wash for easy cleaning. Overall, it is a great couch for the price of it and I highly recommend. ... show more

    • Assemble time is ridiculous!
Came missing a piece right off the bat. I bought this for my granddaughters apartment. Took her 8 hours to put this together. And she knows how to do this stuff! Lots of places where they didn’t have openings for the bolts. Won’t order from this company again.
