It’s only a 9000 btu but it’s really nice. This unit came with a remote and a mounting bracket. The air handler has an lcd on the front of it to display the set point. The only issue was trying to figure out the symbols on the remote. The air handler is quiet and the condenser is quiet. It’s a steal at $425 total! ... show more

Great installation video made putting the unit in a breeze! Simple app to control the unit and had batteries for the remote. Borrowed a friend's vacuum pump and it went in without a hitch and immediately started pumping out cool air! It's very quiet and effective at removing humidty out of my garage. Only thing I recommend getting to make installation complete, is a power disconnect box (I picked up one at Lowe's for $10) and a piece of 1' x 3' 1/4" plywood to mount the inside unit onto. ... show more

So far so good! Seems pretty high quality for this price point. The included brackets won’t work work well if your building is vinyl sided, I had to buy a different mount. Otherwise I’m pretty happy! Will update if I have any issues.

Great product. Installation was reasonable. Using for heating - very good. Have not yet needed the AC. Instruction and unit documentation was not adequate. Connecting to Wifi did not come with clear step by step instructions. Once it was done it seems to work well. Would recommend that a whole new install and user manual be done!!! Operation is great. Very quiet both inside and outside unit. I called Amazon about registration and Warrenty and was told it was linked to date of purchase. This should be clarified and require registration. No hesitation in recommending this product. Better manuals please. ... show more

Be aware of this product and this company, after receiving and installed by a professional technician, the system was faulty, contacted the seller and they reply to send it back with out a prepaid return label, just the cost of shipping by ups is about the cost of this unit, was cheap and learn the lesson, be careful , worst experience about this product and the service. ... show more

    • Line sets are short

I purchased this unit for $397, and for the price it’s a good value overall. However, there are a couple of things buyers should know before purchasing. The refrigerant line stubs coming out of the indoor unit are very short—approximately 11” on the suction line and 13” on the liquid line from interior wall to exterior. My installation required about 18” to get through a double-wall assembly, so I had to splice in extensions using flare couplings. That adds 2 additional potential leak points that could have been avoided if the factory lines were longer. Also, while the unit is factory charged for 16’ of line set, the included line set was only about 13’. My installation required the full 16,, so I had to purchase additional line set. Even with those extra costs, the total was still less than many competing mini-splits. I just wish the product listing clearly stated the indoor line stub lengths and the actual included line set length so buyers can plan their installation accordingly. ... show more

The packaging was damaged. Several screws were missing and the guard was slightly crushed. 13 ft lines are not very long but adequate for my installation. The instructions could be much better. The system does not come with line covers, wall insert or rubber feet for the outdoor unit. Also, the refrigerant is R32, which may become a problem later. ... show more
