Great product. Installation was reasonable. Using for heating - very good. Have not yet needed the AC. Instruction and unit documentation was not adequate. Connecting to Wifi did not come with clear step by step instructions. Once it was done it seems to work well. Would recommend that a whole new install and user manual be done!!! Operation is great. Very quiet both inside and outside unit. I called Amazon about registration and Warrenty and was told it was linked to date of purchase. This should be clarified and require registration.     • Controls need improvements!
Heats well. Wrong time of year to verify cooling other than it came on and put out cool air. Controls need improvements. When temperature is set, such as 69 degrees, the unit stops heating and fan shuts off around 70 - 71 degrees and does not restart until temperature is back down to 64-64 degrees. With the unit in variable fan speed mode it does fairly well to maintain 68 - 69 degrees. The Wi-Fi controls work while in my house, but I am having an issue to make adjustments from work or while on the road. The display on my phone shows the temperature to be 4-5 degrees above the set temperature, very inaccurate! ... show more

    • Great unit at a super price and easy install
Great installation video made putting the unit in a breeze! Simple app to control the unit and had batteries for the remote. Borrowed a friend's vacuum pump and it went in without a hitch and immediately started pumping out cool air! It's very quiet and effective at removing humidty out of my garage. Only thing I recommend getting to make installation complete, is a power disconnect box (I picked up one at Lowe's for $10) and a piece of 1' x 3' 1/4" plywood to mount the inside unit onto. ... show more

Works great, extremely cost effective. Very quiet and great heating and cooling power. Had local technician do final connections and verify installation. Will update with any future findings, but so far so good.

I am a HVAC contractor, I was vey impressed with the efficiency of this unit and the ease of installation. so much so that I removed my old goodman central split system and installed two of these mini split systems. in my home and they work awesome. I recommend them to costumers.. I charge and average of $1000. per install but I think anyone that has a little reading comprehension and little handyman experience may be able to handle this install{I am able in many cases to do 3 a day.. ... show more

    • Ok for now, but I would buy something better next time
The packaging was damaged. Several screws were missing and the guard was slightly crushed. 13 ft lines are not very long but adequate for my installation. The instructions could be much better. The system does not come with line covers, wall insert or rubber feet for the outdoor unit. Also, the refrigerant is R32, which may become a problem later. ... show more

So far so good! Seems pretty high quality for this price point. The included brackets won’t work work well if your building is vinyl sided, I had to buy a different mount. Otherwise I’m pretty happy! Will update if I have any issues.

i have exactly 750sq foot insulated building it will not ether cool or heat just 100% waste of money they need to change the sq foot listing to max 350sq foot small low ceiling room
