Awesome Couch, look in bottom of armrests for parts!
Style: L-Shape Color: Black
Review Image by Christine Lyon Christine Lyon
This couch is very pretty and I love the different options to set it up. The instructions have 4 different ways included. Set it up by myself in less than 2 hours. A couple of things to know: it comes in 3 boxes. I got all 3 within 3 days of ordering (very fast delivery). I only got tracking number for one box so emailed seller who informed me there was another box due to arrive the next day and sent me the tracking number. Something that is VERY important (and would probably even help Mr. Missing a Cushion), both armrests are hollow and open on the bottom. There was a cushion in one and hardware in the other. The seller let me know there were parts in the armrests (after I emailed about missing box), but I kept checking the pockets and had no idea they were velcroed until it caught on my robe! So, check those! I was missing a single nut in the end, but just ran to hardware store and got a pack for $1. Set up is super easy, very sturdy. Back rests adjust easily. Smooth pullout of the bed section. To change configuration would be pretty easy, just pull up the chair slats and loosen the screws and slide apart. Under 3 of the cushions/slats is storage sections. Very convenient for holding a comforter, pillows, or anything else you need to store. I'm replacing a storage bench ottoman and putting everything I had in there in one section, so pretty roomy. The cushions were only airing for about half an hour in this picture and are much fluffier now (6 or so hours later). I'm glad I took the chance with this despite the lack of reviews! Very comfy and nice looking so far. Sorry for pic, in the process of remodeling and new floors, so it's messy! I needed some place to sit comfortably after kneeling and putting in floors all day and this most definitely met my needs! Love it! I'm looking forward to sleeping here next time I get sick (and the couch becomes my home!) ... show more

Bang for your Buck!
Review Image by Marisa Upson Marisa Upson
This couch is more than we could have expected! It lives up to its description and specs. It was also quite easy to put together for its size! It only took an hour or so. Material has been very durable to spills and the outlets have been such a charm to have! I could not suggest this couch more for its price point! Do he prepare that each box it comes in is around 90 pounds ... show more

GET THIS COUCH! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!

I don’t usually leave reviews—this is actually the first one I’ve ever written! But my husband and I are so thrilled with this purchase, I felt like I had to share. If you’re on the fence, do it! It’s incredibly comfortable, everything works perfectly, and the material is super soft. We also found the firmness to be just right—something we were worried about since we couldn’t try it in person. At first, it may look a bit short, but trust the process! Once the cushions are in place, it all comes together beautifully. One thing to note: it arrived in four separate boxes, but we only received one tracking number. I recommend messaging the seller for the others—they responded quickly and were super helpful. Overall, we’re beyond happy with our purchase. If I could give it ten stars, I would! ... show more

Backrest Regret
Style: U-Shape Color: Blue
The media could not be loaded. I was so excited about this couch after we assembled it. I thought we were missing a pillow but the seller was very responsive and told us it was in one of the arm rests. Viola! BUT - we purchased the couch for a more comfortable family movie night set up. The same night we put it together, we put the back rests down (super easy, just pulled forward and then they laid down) and spread out to watch a movie. Now though, the back rests won't lock back into the upright position! 😭 I have a giant flat bed couch in my living room. The mechanism within the backrests came assembled so it's not something that we did incorrectly. I really hope the seller is able to resolve this. I'll update with the resolution. ... show more

If you’re wondering whether or not you should purchase this couch, DO IT! I absolutely love it. I received the couch earlier than expected and it took me a few hours to put together but I was on my own. If you have 2 people, it would get done quicker. The cushions need 72 hours to fully expand and there is a slight packaging smell when you first open everything. Other than that, this couch is amazing! Love love love it! I got the orange one and it’s everything I dreamed of! I was searching for a couch my kids and I can curl up in during movie nights and this is the one! The cup holders and usb connectors are such a great bonus! And yes it comes with both of the usb outlets that are needed now. The back support folds down to expand the couch to a full bed. The legs are zipped up the back of the couch. Also, if you purchase the couch, please make sure you look inside of the armrests! There are pieces inside of the armrests! The manufacturer made the arm rests hollow so they stick a cushion and they stick the hardware in the armrests! So make sure you look in those and don’t freak out if you think you’re missing pieces! And tip: don’t open the cushions if you think you may be returning the couch. The manufacturer will not accept a return if the cushions are opened. They are vacuum sealed so once they’re opened that’s it! No going back! Read the instructions carefully as there’s also different ways you can build the couch to suit your needs! ... show more

DEFINITELY WORTH IT !
Style: U-Shape Color: Black
Review Image by Bianca Bianca
I was a little skeptical at first since this was a new listing with no reviews, but I’m so glad I took the chance! My order arrived just 2 days after I placed it which was incredibly fast. Everything was well packaged and in perfect condition. The couch is beautiful, comfortable, and honestly exceeded my expectations. I was able to assemble it pretty much by myself, and it only took a few hours it was way easier than I thought it would be! There was a small issue with one of the parts, but the seller handled it so well. They responded quickly, sent out a replacement piece (which also came fast!), and even issued a refund to make things right. Their customer service was amazing super responsive and helpful from start to finish. Overall, this was a great experience and a great value for the price. I’m beyond satisfied and would absolutely recommend this seller to anyone! ... show more
