Just wash the attachments and you're good to go. Super easy to use too. The tilt-head makes adding ingredients so much simpler and I love that the base actually stays put when I'm mixing. Speed controls are straightforward and it handles everything from cookie dough to whipped cream without any issues. For the price, this thing is a steal. I was expecting something flimsy but it feels solid and well-made. The motor has good power and doesn't sound like it's struggling even with thick dough. This stand mixer has been a really nice addition to my kitchen. The 5.3QT bowl is a good size for making bread dough, cakes, or even big batches of cookies, and the motor has handled everything I’ve thrown at it so far without struggling. I like that it has multiple speed settings so I can go from gently mixing dry ingredients to really whipping cream with ease. The tilt-head makes it simple to add ingredients, and the non-slip base keeps it steady even when it’s on higher speeds. It comes with a whisk, beater, and dough hook, which covers all the basics. For the price, it feels sturdy and reliable.,.definitely a solid choice if you want a mixer that gets the job done without breaking the bank. The black color was attractive and it does not heat up easily.

Cheaply made, way too expensive for the cost ($170 after tax). Bowl is too small, not 5.3 Qt. Cannot reach the bottom of the bowl. It's worth no more than $60 for what it can do. I ended up mixing by hand instead and returned this.

I absolutely love this stand mixer! The 800W motor is powerful enough to handle everything from heavy bread dough to light cake batter without any issues. I mainly use it to make bread and buns for my kid, and it handles large batches without any issues.
