Setup was a breeze and I love the versatility of the 3 attachments. The tilt head function is convenient for changing tools. The dough hook, in particular, was perfect for my most important test: making traditional dim sum style beef meatballs. Don't buy this item unless you want to spend more money to get the mixing blades separately because after only one use and washing them once you can't use them again The wisk was not used but the mixing blades and dough hook were used and washed once.

Update: Seller granted a replacement under the one year warranty. The new mixer does not perform any better than the old within the past month I have used it . It mixes great once it comes on. It comes on correctly about 50-60% of the time and the remainder requires some manipulation. They have told me they will issue another replacement once a new batch is released. I operate a micro bakery along with working a full time job of 5 12 hour days. Time is money and it costing me 10-15 minutes per batch of muffins. I bake 4-6 batches of muffins a weekend. After 3 months: Mixer works great but seems to have a short in the switch. At times it will not come on and you have to jiggle the switch. Cost was less than a kitchen aide but still for $160 I would like more reliable power after only 3 months.
