First things first - we purchased this product at full price and sharing our experience. Excellent price point and support from the seller. The light arrived well-packaged and within a couple of hours of being installed outside (with direct sun), it was working like a champ first night and no surprises since. We reduced our "light" power to 25% (you can view it on the photos at night). Up about 20' off the ground. Remote reaches the unit from about 25' away. Blinking confirmation lights when operating (adjusting settings). We appreciated additional support from the seller. They followed-up with us to check-in if the light is working and if there is anything they can assist us with. Excellent! Professional communications and definitely can tell - they care about their reputation and product quality! We installed it directly onto the shop, but this unit has additional bracket to install on a pole if need to. Past 20' being high off the ground - might affect motion sensor operation - would recommend to install within 15' off the ground. But our reason for the light is the "security" concern, so we simply "run" our light at 25% throughout the whole night. Very pleased with product. Installation was a breeze - it's not super heavy.
