Perfect unit for my 12 X 16 She Shed!!! I like that it has a Dry Mode to remove the humidity, especially at this time of the year. On Dry Mode it has been keeping the temperature at around 78 degrees....Not too hot & not to cold. Would definitely purchase again and recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, quality AC unit for a small room!

Quiet. Works great. A great value.
This is a well working air conditioner that I bought for my elderly parents. It cooled a 14x15’ room great. I would purchase it again. I gave 4 stars because it was very hard for them to see the notches on the knobs in order to switch the setting. They had accidentally set the knobs wrong and thought the air conditioner didn’t work. I began a return of the machine. I checked the machine the next day and saw it was set incorrectly. I put red marker dots on the knobs so they would be able to see the notches and set the machine correctly. Again it is working great. I canceled the return and was messaged by customer service. I apologized and explained the situation about my parents. Customer service was attentive, understanding and easy to speak with. It was a very positive experience.

Got here on time
Was very easy to install an it keeps my bedroom very comfortable but I had to have 2 of them for my Rv which I have an they both keep it 65 to 70 degrees an its been 110 in my Rv before I got them so yes I love them an worth every penny an my Rv is 8ft x 43 ft awesome now

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
If I could actually give a negative star I would. This was a horrible experience. Fighting between Amazon and Garvee didn't provide solutions. GARVEE had me pay return shipping on a defective product. THEY WOULDN'T SEND A PICKUP/ RETURN LABEL I feel completely disgusted and abused. There was no customer service during the 2 week period in which I was told to upgrade to a full service warranty. Never purchased from this company they don't stand by their products. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
