    • It was great for the first couple days, but quickly started showing issues.

The first issue is that it started cleaning and deodorizing randomly numerous times throughout the day when it was neither used by the cat nor scheduled in the app. The first time I changed the bad the tab that holds the plastic hoop in place over the bag broke on the left side. The second bag change the front hinge on the bag door popped and stopped closing properly and the other tab broke off. It does not do a good job cleaning the litter, at all. I tried multiple different scoopable liters which are recommended by the manufacturer and ran into the same issue with each. When the cat urinates the urine travels into the litter which clumps as it soaks downward as well as outward. Frequently the size of the clump of litter is too large to fit inside the cleaning chute. Opening and cleaning the drum is a mess. In fact the entire thing is a mess, one of the large clumps of litter was thrown out of the opening onto the mat in front of the box when it didn't fit into the chute. The drum is fairly loud when it rotates and rotates extremely slowly. I can understand the drum rotating slowly from a safety perspective but this thing is SLOWWWWWWW and very squeaky. It also shut itself off at some point last night leaving litter clumped into it that had to be cleaned out by hand. Requesting a refund and purchasing a different smart litterbox. ... show more

Works great, has made scooping liter 1000% easier and clean up is easy. One of the cats is part main coon and he fits perfectly fine inside. Only issue I've had so far is the clip that holds the bag on broke so just be easy and gentle with it.

The belly of this product provides enough space for my 20 pound tuxedo cat and his two sister's yet it doesn’t take up very much space it’s compact on the outside and very quiet. I would highly recommend this product to anyone that is looking for a robot cat litter box and if you have multiple cats, this is perfect. The bags are easy to replace, and the unit does not smell. I bought these for my small trash cans. These are PERFECT size. Seems to be super durable since I’ve been testing it with stuffing the trash can. The drawstring makes it super easy to gather all the trash, tie it up and toss it. Will continue to buy this

Not a good product. It has been worse than having a normal litter box. It leaks litter from the bottom so it has been accumulating cockroaches and ants underneath. Its disgusting. Do not recommend it. A good one is probably mote expensive but good quality. This sucks. Throwing it away sorry!
